The Rock Creek Group Leadership

Ms. Rossoff is a Managing Director at The Rock Creek Group, a leading investment and advisory firm focused on investing in multi‐asset class portfolios of alternative investments and emerging markets. She is on the Management Committee of the firm, and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Rock Creek in 2006, she was senior counsel at the World Bank in the legal finance group. There, she concentrated in the areas of pension investments and asset management, focusing on hedge funds and alternative investments. She also advised the pension plans of on governance matters and provided technical assistance to various central banks and sovereign wealth funds on investment management issues. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton in New York. Ms. Rossoff earned her law degree from New York University School of Law. She received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science summa cum laude from Queens College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.Ms. Rossoff is Chair of the Markets Advisory Council of the Council of Institutional Investors.She is also a member of the Educational Committee of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of 100Women in Hedge Funds.
