1979 ROSEWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS IS ESTABLISHED
1980 Rosewood converts an historic mansion in Dallas into a celebrated restaurant and hotel – The Mansion on Turtle Creek.
Rosewood Resources, Inc. was established in 1983 through the merger and transfer of several oil and gas interests owned by Mrs.
1997 Rosewood opens the stunning Las Ventanas al Paraíso in Los Cabos – its first Mexico resort.
2005 Rosewood Hotels & Resorts celebrates its 25th anniversary.
2010 Verdes® is established in every property – Rosewood’s green initiative and pledge to Value the Earth’s Resources and Demonstrate Environmental Sensitivity.
2014 Rosewood announces Rosewood Sanya and Rosewood Guangzhou in mainland China.
