Responsibilities * Represent The Salvation Army in a manner that brings glory to God. * Assist in every way requested to carry out the spiritual and total mission of The Cleveland Temple Corps of The Salvation Army in terms of community needs and our ministry of the people of our community.
* Set up and tear down for special events/ programs at the direction of the Operations Director and Corps Officers.
* Maintain cleaning and sanitation techniques, while utilizing and operating commercial equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of building and property according to the following maintenance schedule:
* Clean kitchen and dining room daily
* Empty all trash daily
* Clean floors of all rooms and hallways daily
* Clean bathrooms daily
* Prepare Chapel for Sunday Worship including vacuuming, cleaning the glass on the Holiness Table and setting up the platform for the band.
* Cut grass on a weekly basis / Snow Removal, as needed
* Clean out vehicles on a weekly basis
* Assist in driving The Salvation Army's vehicles for supplies, equipment or service as assigned.
* Assist, as needed and requested, in the Christmas effort including kettles.
