Job Objective:
As the RT Case Manager, you will coordinate the delivery and monitor all services provided internally or externally for the client. Acts as a liaison with community resources for client needs. Develops individualized treatment service plan for assigned clients. In a collaborative environment with the counselor and other HLC staff, develops appropriate addictions treatment goals. Monitors client's progress, documents progress of goals and all contact with clients. Interact with clients and provide a listening ear and respond empathetically to client needs without counseling. * Document all activities engaged in with, and on-behalf of, the client
* Conducts follow-up contracts based on client need and as required by other funding sources
* Provide support, encouragement, and compassion to client as they work towards achieving their goals. Provide guidance while expecting client self-responsibility, Advocates on behalf of the client
* Assure client has transportation as needed, (Transporting clients with company vehicle as needed)
* Collaborates with other SAHLC services in consultation with counselor as necessary
* Refers to appropriate community resources as necessary in accordance with treatment plan. Assures referrals are appropriately timed with treatment progress
* Develops case management plan for each client who is willing to participate in the case management process. Includes but not limited to: Housing, Employment and Job Readiness, Legal Services, Personal Finance, Public Assistance, Health, including Medical and Mental Health, Tuberculosis, HIV, Communicable Disease Screening, Child Care, Prenatal Care, including immunization for children, Parenting, Transportation, Material and Financial Assistance, Enhancement of Family Function, Spiritual Concerns, and Veterans' Benefits
* Provides case work and counseling intervention for non-addictions issues, as needed and appropriate. Consistent with case manager skills, training, experience, and time available: coordinate interventions strategy with SAHLC counselor or other agency worker's intervention strategy
* Attends multi-disciplinary staffing, departmental and staff meetings as scheduled. Participates in planned in-service training as well as other training as directed
* Develops and conducts educational classes as assigned
* Works assigned overtime hours as directed to ensure coverage of facilities operations and approved by supervisor
* Conducts urine drug screens for clients according to policy and procedure
* Will assist RT Support Specialist as needed, with various duties, such as laundry, preparing rooms, support at meals, medication and /or activity times

Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology preferred. Consideration given to those with knowledge and training in the addictions field and who are certified but do not have a bachelor's degree
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Need to be capable of leading educational groups, interviewing and interacting with people comfortably, with warmth, understanding, acceptance, empathy, and compassion. Must be willing to work 1 evening a week and some weekends
Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment. Certified by ICAADA or any other addictions certifying body expected. National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist or Recovery Coach Certification required or be obtained within 90 days of hire. Job Overview:
As a Salvation Army Kettle Driver, you are responsible for driving an insured Salvation Army vehicle in order to transport bell ringers and equipment during the Red Kettle Campaign season. The Red Kettle Campaign duration is November through December. You will drive safely while traveling and report any incidents that occur immediately. You will also act as an Ambassador to promote public relations
What You Will Do:
Use your knowledge of your assigned geographic area to drip off and pick up bell ringers in a pre-determined order. You will stop at each location and lock each kettle to the stand and store other equipment for transport as necessary
Assist with the placement of all kettles at approved corps locations by last day of October
Document time for the bellringers
Ensure the accuracy of all forms related to bellringing
Assist in delivering kettles and necessary equipment (bell, apron, id tag, etc.) to Bellringers at designated kettle sites, for both paid workers and volunteers as assigned
Assist in checking on assigned Bell Ringers throughout shift(s) to monitor their safety and activity
Report any concerns, incidents and problems to supervisor immediately
Assist in ensuring all kettles, bells, and aprons are safely secured and returned.
Report any broken equipment (i.e. stands, bells, signs, aprons, locks, etc.) to
supervisor immediately.
Assist in organizing kettles and other necessary supplies for the next day's
activities.
Coordinate with Kettle Coordinator to ensure the accuracy of all data entered for workers and sites.
Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles inside and out. Be attentive to all fuel needs and other maintenance issues that may occur and report it to the appropriate staff immediately.
At the end of the shift, ensure vehicles are ready for next day - supplies
properly stored as directed, vehicles have sufficient gas and other fluids,
and vehicles are in proper working order.
Assist in ensuring the security of the daily funds at the end of each shift.
Help with inventory of all supplies at the end of the Kettle season to prepare for ordering needed for the following year.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Maintenance Worker at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance worker to provide support for our facility, grounds, and other properties. This role is essential in maintaining our facilities and ensuring a safe, functional environment for our staff and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance
* Perform basic repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
* Maintain floor surfaces throughout facilities
* Assist with setup and teardown of rooms, store fixtures, furniture, and displays
* Accompany vendors to various locations as needed
* Drive vehicles to obtain supplies and make deliveries
Grounds Maintenance

Qualifications

This position will be responsible for written communication to donors, including: grant proposals, stewardship reports and informational updates - as well as donor cultivation event support, donor recognition activities and volunteer management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
* Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
* Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. (The combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined)
* Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of office systems: MS Office preferred and fundraising database systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce.com).
* Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system.

As the Support Specialist II you will conduct urine specimen collections and process them according to facility policy. Maintain Urine Drug Screen Room and proper materials to conduct screenings. Keep clients accountable with facility policies and expectations. Provide basic monitoring of clients physical/medical status. Provide a caring and safe environment for each client. Teach educational classes as scheduled. Assist the medical staff on duty. What You Will Do:
* Collect and prepare urine specimen samples for testing. Pack and ship urine specimens to proper testing facility in a timely manner
* Observe urine specimen screens for clients in treatment programs by following the appropriate procedures. Ensure that all DCS clients have urine specimen collections appropriately collected per contractual obligations
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Urine Drug Screen Room including but not limited too; cleanliness, organization of materials, disclosure of client information, and ordering supplies. Resolve and document any problem specimens and or materials
* Collaborates with departments for training on the urine specimen collection process
* Maintains proper records of urine specimen collections and upload appropriate documentation in our EMR system
* Conducts Breathalyze screening and appropriately documents outcomes
* Oversees and monitor morning reflections if this occurs during shift to assure optimum outcomes
* Performs searches of clients' property when necessary or directed
* Complete hourly bed checks to ensure clients remain in their assigned rooms as well as medically stable

Job Overview:
As the Regional Field liaison, you will report to the Divisional Service Extension Director (DSED), providing support for the volunteers in their respective regions. Liaisons must be familiar with all Salvation Army policy and procedures and become very knowledgeable about the Service Extension Manual and all direct and indirect programs available including Emergency Disaster Services (EDS).
What You Will Do:
Make one unit visit to each county per quarter during the calendar year. Ensure each unit holds at least four advisory council meetings in a calendar year.
Maintain excellent communication with the Unit Service Representatives, Chairperson, and volunteers. Remember you are their first contact. Must be able to do problem solving or trouble shooting. Must be available to answer questions.
Answer phone calls and return emails generally within 24 hours.
Check units spend downs monthly to ensure the units are not exceeding their budget, they are utilizing their funds appropriately in the various categories and making sure the units are filling out their check intakes correctly.
Recruit, engage, train, and manage sufficient volunteers in each county of your region to ensure effective delivery of services while maintaining the standards of The Salvation Army and funders
Cultivate volunteers for distribution of programs such as: Emergency Assistance Programs (EAP), Camp and specific county programs
Monitor and deliver all kettle equipment to the units and ensure it is safe and in good working order.
Collect kettle equipment inventory and supplies inventory each year
Learn the Register to Ring program and input needed information from the field during the Annual Red Kettle Campaign
Put together an EDS volunteer team in each county to handle local disasters
Keep the Service Extension Director updated on any unit problems or issues
Keep the AA updated on all new council members, volunteers, and banking addition/corrections.
Attend monthly Service Extension meetings in Indianapolis
Give formal presentations utilizing the Service Extension visual aids, for e.g., manuals, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, stats etc. Along with creating these items for each unit.
Continually reassess community needs, making service recommendations to the DSED
Provide oversight of locations with SA property
Interact with other agencies and organizations developing a good partnering repertoire.
Participate in major county events which could include a few weekends a year. Parades, festivals, booths, fundraisers etc.
Other tasks as assigned by leadership
Minimum Qualifications: The
