Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager provides case management services to Hope House Women's Shelter clients during their temporary residence at the shelter. 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri - 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - one day per week scheduled for later start date in order to see clients in the early evening)
Responsibilities
Assess and identify clients' needs. Advocate for clients to ensure that services of referral are accessible and provided to clients.
Develop an individualized service plan for each resident and ensure periodic review of goals.
Provide supportive and crisis counseling and guidance both individually and to groups.
Provide information and refer clients to relevant community social services for medical, mental health, substance abuse, educational, vocational, public assistance, etc.
Maintain all records and documents relative to the interview/counseling meeting and subsequent progress/status reports in accordance with agency and contract requirements.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other community social service providers (g., Dpt. of Human Services, Veteran's Administration, etc.) to enhance the quality of services to clients. Represent the program in the community as requested and as approved.

The Tech Support Analyst will install, troubleshoot, and repair software and/or equipment. The Tech Support Analyst will solve user's routine to moderately complex problems with network or applications software for internal and external users. Will also partner with and provide support to Red Cross IT End User Services volunteers.

PAY INFORMATION:

You will triage the order based on date and time needed, select and carefully pack life-saving blood products with the correct temperature regulating product to ensure safe transport. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position will provide support to the Program Department and to Long Point Camp. This position will provide oversight to the Rental groups and Summer Camp through Food Service Supervision and Guest Relations which will include overseeing the proper menu planning, ordering, storage, preparation, serving, and cleaning of all foods and food services. To greet and work with rental groups during their rental stay.

LPC Retreat & Conference Center Guest Relations
* To work under the direction of the Program Secretary and in conjunction with the LPC Retreat & Conference Center Coordinator.
* To work with the LPC Retreat & Conference Center Coordinator with rental guests' on-site needs during their rental (including weekends).
* To share responsibilities for hosting weekend rentals with the LPC Retreat & Conference Center Coordinator, discussed, and planned time. This includes welcoming groups and checking out groups before they leave.
LPC Retreat & Conference Center Kitchen Coordination
* Provide supervision for Kitchen staff.
* Cook for small groups if necessary.
* Manage all paperwork as required for the Kitchen.
* Be on-site at LPC during rental weekends for food service supervision, as needed.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Emergency Assistance and Pathway of Hope case manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of emergency assistance services to families and individuals in the Geneva Corps and provide focused POH case management for 3-5 families.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct client needs assessment for each individual/family seeking assistance; determine type and level of emergency service needed; provide emergency basic needs support;, working collaboratively with corps officers and other local service providers; refer clients to other services available in our service area as appropriate.
• Oversee pantry operations including managing volunteer hours and involvement, conduct routine inventory of food pantry stock and place orders as necessary; provide copies of all invoices to corps officer for transfer to DHQ.
• Provide crisis intervention supportive counsel to clients and refer for professional and/or spiritual counseling services as needed or requested.
• Provide POH case management services to 3-5 families at a time with long term support; meet with clients a minimum of once a month; following POH program model and requirements, develop individualized service plans, goals, make needed referrals to community resources; represent the POH program in the community.
• Maintain client files, client databases (EFA and POH) and timely and accurate record keeping according to Salvation Army policy and practices, including case activity (food pantry, assessment, consent, plan development, client progress, outreach, referrals) in respective databases. Hard copies to be promptly filed in client files.
• Maintain client confidentiality, ensure the Release of Information Form is signed by the client before contacting other agencies concerning the client situation and need.
• Communicate programmatic concerns and successes to corps officers.
• Exhibit fiscal responsibility by maintaining client and program spending budgets in consultation with corps officer.
• Provide monthly statistical reports and program budget sheets to corps officer no later than 1st Wednesday of each month.
• Assist with coordination of holiday assistance to the community including Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions.
• Participate in local service provider meetings or other collaborations in social services arena as requested by corps officers; share trends or community plans with corps officers.
• Attend training sessions as provided and/or required.
• Attend and participate in agency staff meetings.
• Maintain an inventory of existing services in the service area that are relevant to the needs of clients and make referrals as appropriate.
• Fulfill role as Mandated Reporter in incidents of child abuse and neglect.
• Inform and provide written information to clients about all that The Salvation Army Church and Corps Community Center offers to each client and their family members: Sunday School, Church services, Bible Study, Women's Programs, Men's Programs, Children's Programs, music programs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to shelter residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the Men's shelter. This is an On-Call position, filling in for part/full time staff and open shifts. Must be able to work at least one eight hour shift per month (potential for more hours) and cover at least 2 holidays per year.
Responsibilities
Provide support to shelter residents.
Monitor the activities of the residents within the shelter environment. Complete daily Shift Log check-list during your shift. Review and record Communication Log each shift.
Conduct security wanding upon resident admission, as well as random wand checks.
Monitor the physical facility by making rounds every half hour and conducting periodic inspections to ensure rooms are clean, facility is secure and that clients are abiding by house rules.
Make referrals to alternative emergency shelter providers when Program beds are unavailable.
Maintain basic record keeping responsibilities. This includes performing electronic intakes in the database and completing accurate time sheets in a timely manner in ADP .
Check your individual work email daily.
Attend and participate in monthly Staff meetings/Resident meetings.
Attend relevant In-Service training/conferences, as requested.
Complete all mandatory training (in-person and online) in a timely manner.
Clean linens, maintain cleanliness of facility (inside and perimeter).
