It’s very creative but that’s all
The management is horrible
The employee gift card.
The leadership needs to be better but there are leaders who uphold the company values and actually do their job which is nice.
There needs to be better communication and less secretive communication and gossip. They need to be more organized and not have double standards. I wish there was a more clear explanation on certain rules and tasks too.
