Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. * 4 - 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, etc.) required. * Experience managing complex supply chain activities, long-lead equipment, or project-based materials. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * High proficiency with data analysis, Excel, and supply chain reporting. * Excellent communication and supplier relationship management abilities. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material requirements, and logistics. * Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and material data (preferred). * Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide less experienced team members. * Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
