The team is tasked with deploying several $ billion in equity globally across primary and niche sectors, targeting core, value add and opportunistic real estate assets. Reporting to the Americas Transactions Manager, the P&A Associate will work closely with acquisitions and portfolio management on all activities related to the mandate strategy, including deploying capital, managing JV investments and helping to deliver consistently strong investment performance while managing risks for the portfolio.
