If pays the bills.
Extremely small teams. Company plays favorites and promotes favorites even when they have ZERO experience to do the job. Double standards all over the place. Favorites do not have to meet goals, but all others do. Many secretly hate their jobs, but work there and put up with stuff.
The weekend.
They tell you what you want to hear.
Get new blood into the company.

Terrible. They only care about DEI because they have to.
Getting paid.
Work/life balance is touted, but the reality is far different...it's all window-dressing. You are either a conformist, or are considered 'not on the bus'.
Once upon a time, this company was great...maybe 20+ years ago. Now, they are like any other big employer, who sees employees as expendable. And God forbid you EVER rock the boat by disagreeing!
Customer was lied to on many occasions. Customer was hung up on, my floor manager never called the customer back. Customer was very unhappy with me and the company. Says last 6 months has been terrible treatment by our company. Not customer friendly here.

Use to be coming here to work and with a positive attitude and like mind people. That’s all change now.
