Job Summary The Senior HR Business Partner collaborates with the business and ensures results through understanding of company and departmental goals and translating those goals into actionable HR strategies. Provide leaders with analysis of the overall health of their organization by identifying and utilizing HR metrics and dashboards to analyze workforce trends and issues. Skills and Background You'll Need Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, psychology, business, organizational effectiveness, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. 10+ years of progressively responsible human resource experience with exposure to a broad variety of human resource disciplines. 2 years of experience can be substituted for candidates who hold master's degrees in human resources or business. 2 years of experience supporting one or more executives at the top 2 levels of an organization. Experience with compensation and benefits practices, organizational development and design, management development, strategic workforce planning and/or performance management. Project Management experience through hands-on experience in development and execution of a project plan. Experience leveraging data to inform and influence people strategy outcome built on industry and market trends.
