Brooksource is looking for an Agile Coach to join the team at our Banking client in the Columbus area, to be an expert in Agile culture, values, and practices. In this role you will work collaboratively with the broader team to expand and formalize the company's Agile coaching and training practices ensuring continuity across the organization while also working to continuously mature those practices.
Detailed Description:
This position requires a change agent capable of building and reinforcing the Agile mindset and principles in the day to day work of the teams they coach. They provide consultative mentoring, training, and professional coaching to aid individuals and teams transforming their behaviors towards an Agile way of working.
To be successful the Agile Coach must be an excellent communicator, trainer, and collaborator. They must be able to build credibility and a high level of trust with colleagues, teams, and varying levels of leadership while building out a best in class technology training experience.
Responsibilities:
Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to aid in the Agile adoption journey
Collaborate across the organization to design and support full Agile transformations within teams
Coach and guide teams on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness
Work with Experience Owners, Execution Managers, and Scrum Masters to track and report on Agile Metrics & KPIs to understand progress and to leverage data for backlog management and reporting
Deliver hands-on coaching of individual teams in all aspects of Agile Frameworks (e.g. daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, backlog maturity, limiting WIP, etc.)
Create, build, and deliver customized Agile training meeting branding standards
Mentor understanding of team of team principles through understanding Program Management (metrics, intake, prioritization, and allocation)
Embrace servant leadership and display behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with agility
Collaboratively create, launch, and facilitate Agile groups, Communities of Practice, and Agile Working Groups
Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of business operations (e.g. planning, budgeting, resource management, etc.)
Collaborate across to provide content exposing colleagues to innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility
Drive continuous improvement ensuring quality delivery and minimization of unnecessary process overhead
Coach teams to analyze Agile metrics in order to make data and value driven decisions
Collaborate across team to help evolve tools processes to ensure data is accurate and accessible
Collaborate with and mentor scrum masters on improving their craft and level of agile maturity
Coach and mentor functional managers to improve their understanding of and agile capabilities
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years minimum experience working in an Agile environment in a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer role
Deep agile expertise; has a strong understanding of servant leadership, the Agile Manifesto's values and principles, multiple agile frameworks, and agility at scale
Extended track record of delivering training in a manner ensuring knowledge transfer
High degree of initiative and flexibility; able to tailor agile practices and facilitation style based on the context of the team and organization
Excellent interpersonal skills; must excel at team building, one-on-one conversations, and issue resolution
Strong communication skills; clearly presents complex information verbally and visually to team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Strong effective listening skills; able to engage in a conversation and show that they hear what is being said and can read the nonverbal cues of their audience

Position Summary

Essential Functions

product offerings, and technology tools.

Position Qualifications
? Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field required; Masters degree preferred.

preferred.

Academy Coach-Mentors serve as both instructors and role models, leading after-school and weekend sessions that balance basketball training with social-emotional learning, leadership development, and life skills enrichment. Coaching & Player Development

The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach (HSCC) will be responsible for leading a team of local coaches and delivering the BEST workout experience in the industry to our clients. The HSSC will report to and assist the General Manager, ensuring all coaches are Level 1 certified the D1 Way and maintaining quality control standards via consistent auditing and coaching feedback. D1 Coaches are responsible for delivering the BEST workout experience in the industry to our clients.
The HSCC will be responsible for their team of coaches, and subsequently, for hiring and developing them. He/she will be responsible for hiring for immediate availability, facility growth potential, as well as to build a bench of potential coaches to develop even when the class and PT schedules are full. Staffing responsibility includes scheduling to ensure all training is covered (daily, weekly, monthly), coordinating and communicating with the coaching staff.

Position Summary
The Supportive Residential Coach will be responsible for the provision of individual services as identified in the Individual Service Plan and by the treatment team for individuals who need specific assistance and supports. Position Standards

· Assist individuals with scheduling and maintaining medical appointments (includes completing medical consultation forms for doctor's appointments.)
· Assist with ensuring the individuals have an adequate supply of medications by completing weekly medication counts and supervision of the individuals with filling their weekly pill box and assistance/supervision of ordering refill of medications and obtaining new prescriptions as needed.
· Assist the Program RN with updating the site specific medication formularies for the individuals.
· Updating the Emergency Information Sheets for the individuals bi-yearly (every six-months) or as necessary.
· Completing Monthly Vehicle Inspection sheets for assigned vehicles as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles.
· Monitors and assists with individual and household needs, i.e. maintenance, menu & meal preparation, grocery & household purchasing, cleanliness & chores, resident's personal needs, emergency & safety procedures, etc.
· Maintains cleanliness of living spaces by assisting resident and completing tasks where resident cannot.
· Completing fire-drills with the individuals on a quarterly or as needed basis to ensure the individuals are able to safely evacuate their apartment as well as completing fire safety training.
· Providing transportation for the individuals on an as needed basis - examples include but not limited to work, medical appointment, social/recreational events, vacations, etc.
· Successfully completes all required training programs, including a course in certification of medication administration. (Medication administration certification will be required of relief whenever possible.)
· Ensures all required trainings and certifications required remain current, and seeks further support and training where needed.

Job Description
Seeking a passionate and experienced Health Coach, with a specialization in Exercise and cross functional training in health and wellness, to join our team. As a Health Coach with a focus one exercise, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients understand the impact of movement on health and will collaborate with the Physician and NP to provide tailored recommendations to help patients integrate exercise into their life. You will design strategies to help patients overcome challenges, introduce better habits, and lifestyle behaviors to help them optimize the way they feel and function.
The Health Coach will be knowledgeable in the anatomy of the body and will be able to positively identify physical issues caused by a persons posture, movement or lack of movement, and how they perform certain exercises. In addition, and in respect to our other coaching pillars (nutrition, mental health, sleep), you will understand the roles good nutrition and mental health play in optimal health and how they work synergistically with exercise.
Key Responsibilities
Offer tailored guidance based on the patients health data to assess exercise, health, and wellness goals, with direct coaching sessions monthly.
Based on a patients lab and DNA results, collaborate with the clinical team to provide expert insight and interventions that encompass exercise and movement, dietary recommendations, and mental health strategies to ensure the patient has all the tools necessary to be successful.
Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
Stay current with the latest developments in exercise, health and wellness practices, incorporating evidencebased techniques into coaching sessions.
Offer empathetic and motivational support to patients, helping them overcome obstacles and maintain their commitment to wellbeing.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to conduct coaching sessions, maintain records, and communicate with clients.
Collaborate with other members of the health and wellness team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client care.
Ensure clinical and operational flexibility to align with the startup and scrappy nature of the team and environment.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in health and wellness coaching, with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
Familiarity and experience with the datadriven preventative wellness space, particularly with biomarker testing, intervention protocols, and retesting loops.
Experience in developing personalized movement protocols for individuals with the ability to independently collect and record objective, measurable data and subjective data to track progress.
Strong understanding of the interplay between physical activity, nutrition, sleep and mental wellbeing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information in an understandable and motivating manner.
Proficient in virtual coaching platforms and comfortable conducting sessions in a virtual environment as needed.
Empathetic, compassionate, and able to build strong rapport with clients to establish trust and inspire positive change.
Ability to adapt and customize coaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and preferences of clients.
