Position Highlights
The Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon, is hiring a Financial Services Cashier Clerk (Court Operations Clerk).
In this role, you will answer questions about account balances, payments, hearings, and criminal case processes. You will calculate fee amounts, process payments, and balance your cash drawer. You will process court filings at the public service counter. You will schedule trials and court appearances. You will enter pleas and violations into the electronic case management system. You will perform data entry, prepare paperwork, and review court documents for accuracy and completeness. You will also prepare certified copies of court records. The support you provide will be over the phone, in person, and in writing.
Additionally, you will conduct in-person interviews with people charged with crimes to determine if they are eligible for court appointed attorneys. When court appointed attorneys are assigned, you will update the case records. You will also interview defendants who are applying for payment plans, collect information about their households and finances, and provide them with information and documents.
You will spend part of your time rotating duties with the court's other cashier clerks.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in nursing or occupational therapy AND licensed by the State of Oregon AND three years of progressively responsible experience related to the series concept; OR
A Master's degree in psychology; social work; recreational, art, or music therapy; or behavioral health science AND two years of progressively responsible experience related to the series concept.
Special Qualifications:

Accountable for
Providing operational leadership and guidance to Liens Negotiators and Assistants to maximize productivity and accurate and timely processing of client distribution agreements
Bring a thorough understanding of Liens-related issues and the ability to communicate and negotiate with doctors, medical providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, hospitals, etc.
Ability to provide training and guidance to staff as they negotiate and document personal injury and attorneys' Liens
Communicating and negotiating with attorneys representing lienholders to resolve outstanding liens, maximizing client recovery
Compliance: Stay informed of lien laws, regulations, and procedures.
Client Communication: Assist Liens Department in answering client questions on the status of their liens and explain how lien resolutions impact their settlements.
Documentation: Draft correspondence and legal research memoranda related to lien matters and maintain organized records of lien negotiations and settlements.
Collaboration: Work closely with litigation, settlement, accounting and liens teams to support case resolution strategies.
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Personal Injury Liens
5+ years of experience in personal injury or healthcare lien resolution
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is preferred
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar preferred, not required
Experience communicating and resolving medical liens with governmental insurance (Medi-Cal, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc.), private insurance carriers, hospitals, and healthcare providers
Experience writing department processes and procedures preferred
Experience working in a plaintiff's law firm is preferred
Compensation
$175,000 - $250,000k annually depending on experience

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:
