More opportunities for training, in classroom learning, more opportunities for more continuous learning, development and higher quality pay for helping people live independently!

What do you like best about The State of Oregon's CEO and the leadership team?

I would like to meet the CEO with at least 12 people who can have a voice to show their experiences and how it can only reform and enhance our home care system as we save and help people live an independent in there own home!

How would you improve The State of Oregon's culture?

Several cultures coming together voicing their concerns and experiences! As a collective combined experiences! Promote fairness and justice!!!

What brings you the most joy at The State of Oregon?

To have independent people have a choice to live free in there own home instead of being forced in a filthy care facility where there is limited freedom, care and quality of the utmost dignity, respect and high standards of care!!!
