High school diploma or GED required.
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in appropriate age group preferred. Individuals without a CDA credential must work toward and receive their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential within 2 years of hire per the Head Start Reauthorization Act.
Prior experience working with children age birth to five in a licensed child-care facility or other childcare setting preferred.
