The Summit Federal Credit Union is seeking a tech-oriented executive for Vice President of Information Technology. Reporting to the SVP of IT & Project Management, this hands-on role manages IT infrastructure, core systems, network administration, Symitar programming, enterprise apps, cloud environments, electronic communications, document and identity management. Duties include leading technical teams, ensuring secure/scalable operations, handling vendors, implementing security measures, and developing IT strategies and disaster recovery protocols.
The VP will architect solutions, tackle technical issues, and act as a senior resource during major incidents. Responsibilities also cover Microsoft 365 admin, managing integrations, change management, automation, service improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Information Security Responsibilities
Collaborate with Information Security Governance on audits, risk mitigation, and incident response.
Oversee and maintain security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, MFA, vulnerability scans).
Manage patching, system hardening, access controls, and vendor coordination.
Supervise third-party providers for security monitoring and lead incident response when necessary.

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high level professional administrative support to the credit union's Senior Leadership Team including a wide range of duties that must be handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics for Management Team and Committee meetings, as well as some Board Committee meetings. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is a co-administrator for the Board/Volunteer communication portal and prepares reports, minutes, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other communications. The Executive Assistant will act as the primary back-up for the receptionist.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant must be capable of performing the following essential duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Provides general administrative support to assist the Senior Leadership Team with workflow such as preparing copies, faxes and other general correspondence, distributing/opening mail, coordinating package deliveries, ensuring an adequate supply of office supplies, coordinating appointments, preparing reports, organizing shared digital files, assisting with booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
Coordinates logistics for Board Committee and Management Committee (ie: ALM) meetings, as well as for Staff and Management Team meetings/events including scheduling, materials, refreshments, and IT support.
Assembles documents and reports for the Management Reporting Package and/or Senior Leadership Team. Reports may include, but not be limited to, direct loan rate sheets, certificate rate sheets, incentive reports, dealer reports, ALM reports, etc.
Assembles documents for Committee Meetings included but not limited to the Supervisory Committee and ALM, Risk, and Info Security committee meetings. This includes formatting, editing or organizing documents, preparing reports and distributing/posting these materials, as well as preparing first drafts of meeting minutes for some committee meetings.
Organizes, tracks and distributes guest tickets to Credit Union sponsored sporting events (i.e. Buffalo Bills, etc.), select employee events, and other sponsorship or business events, as needed. Coordinates with management, vendors, catering and employees.
Updates the certificate rate hotline weekly.
Acts as the primary back up for receptionist to ensure full coverage in the lobby.
Other Responsibilities
As back up, in the event the Assistant to the President is unavailable or away from the office, acts as interface with and provides support to the Board of Directors.
Responsible for coordination of projects and other duties as assigned.

Pay: Position pay is a $30,000 draw plus a tiered basis points incentive schedule to be discussed during interview. A transition pay package will be offered for an initial period of time.
Purpose of Position:
Accountable for development and maintenance of relationships outside of the credit union to increase mortgage volume. This position will take mortgage applications and assist members through the mortgage process. Works in conjunction with the Mortgage Team and third party stakeholders to ensure an expedient process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of equivalent experience in mortgage lending/real estate/real estate secured lending. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered as a Mortgage Originator, or in lieu of the previous experience; successful completion of the Mortgage Sales Development program.
Minimum 2 years mortgage origination/sales experience with demonstrated success meeting monthly goals or successful completion of Mortgage Origination/Sales Development Program plus 1 year of origination experience.
Willingness and ability to develop trusting Realtor and Centers of Influence (COI) partnerships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong external sales and networking skills
Detailed understanding of Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) requirements, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and other real estate standards.
Successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL

Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Principal Auditor (Experienced Senior Auditor) interested in becoming part of our Audit team. As a member of the Audit team, the candidate will focus on audits of Second Line Risk Management (Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, Payment Risk, Network Conflict Risk) and the First Line Risk Offices. Responsibilities:
Lead small audits, or own completion of significant components of larger audits.
Develop engagement planning documentation for assigned areas to communicate rationale for scoping decisions, and develop audit programs to ensure adequate coverage of risks.
Design and execute appropriate audit procedures to verify the effectiveness of internal controls and/or the appropriateness of enterprise frameworks and requirements. Document audit processes and procedures, review and analyze evidence, and identify potential issues.
Prepare clear, organized, and complete documentation to support work performed and conclusions reached. Independently gather facts to support issues and concerns, escalate to necessary groups, and help draft audit findings.
Establish and maintain good client and team relations during engagements. Effectively communicate information and audit progress to team, clients and auditor-in-charge.
Self prioritize and effectively plan your own work activities managing multiple priorities and tasks across the team to deliver quality results which may include issue validations, regulatory exam support, and/or other team initiatives. Proactively take on additional work to support the team when possible.
Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and feedback to audit staff, including junior associates and recent hires.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in auditing, at least 3 years of experience in accounting, at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, at least 3 years of experience in compliance, or a combination.

1+ year of experience in leading audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge
2+ years of experience in banking or in financial services

Position Overview
The Senior Branch Associate (SBA) is responsible for performing the duties of a Senior Member Service Specialist, in addition to serving as the highest level senior; as such, the Senior Branch Associate supports the Branch Manager and/or serves as the “acting” or back-up Branch Manager when the Branch Manager is at an alternate physical location or otherwise unavailable, due to other pressing or increased responsibilities. Authority and decision-making levels are greater than those assigned to the Senior Member Service Specialist role(s). In coordination with the Branch Manager, additional responsibilities include providing coaching support, procedure/policy guidance, and training to other employees in the branch, as necessary. Essential Functions
Performs the duties of the Senior Member Service Specialist:
Takes ownership and acts to resolve member complaints as they occur, in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
Assists the manager in preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity (including: number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume, etc.).
Assists the manager with scheduling, motivating and leading the branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.
Monitors queue calls and branch traffic volumes in order to direct workflow to branch staff and ensure member satisfaction levels are maintained.
Aligns with the Branch Manager regarding policies and procedures.
Conducts overrides as appropriate to assist members as assigned by the branch manager.
Handle sensitive member concerns as priority items to assure timely and fair resolutions. Handle operational issues with a sense of urgency. Communicate concerns and or recommendations to manager.
Assists with audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Branch Manager.
Assists the manager with daily huddles and communicating end of week production update, as appropriate.
Monitors quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell/cross-sell products and services, while meeting or exceeding own sales performance goals.
Follows and supports CML guidelines and principals by providing “On the Go” coaching, as well as participating in monthly interactive observations as outlined by corresponding CML - related documents.
Participates in and assists Branch Manager with the quarterly CML - related branch sales meetings.
Assists the Branch Manager in evaluating staff's performance by providing feedback in preparation of annual reviews.
Communicates policy and procedure changes to branch staff and provides training accordingly.
Assists in managing the security and safety of the branch, by reviewing and carrying-out security and safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes.
May act as first responder for facility concerns or issues.
Participates in the interviewing, hiring and training of new tellers and member service team members.
Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies.
Other
Performs various other branch duties (ie: tellering, overrides, balancing, coaching), as necessary in order to maintain service levels and meet branch performance expectations.
Actively, maintains knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate staff to cross-sell.

Position Overview
The primary function of the Member Service Center Representative I is to perform routine transactions and answer account inquiries, over the phone. This includes, but is not limited to, transaction/statement reviews, transfers, loan payments, balance inquiries, check withdrawals and assistance with Online Banking. The Member Service team continues to put the member first as we provide financial solutions and seamless use of our digital channels.

Solve for member immediate needs by asking high impact questions and having a strong understanding of The Summit's products, services and programs and the benefits they offer.

Follows the defined Quality Assurance program to allow for exceptional member experience.
Meet assigned sales goals as determined by management.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: An equivalent combination of the following:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: One to two years' prior teller, call center or member/customer experience preferred
Sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of advancing to a MSCR II position, as it becomes available, within one year of employment.

Basic Functions
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of the Credit Union's approved projects within the Project Management Department. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, this role leads projects from initiation through completion while ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies and governance standards. The Project Manager ensures all efforts to align with organizational priorities and strategic goals. This position works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to promote communication, transparency, and accountability across the project lifecycle. The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering projects that enhance member and employee experiences, supporting initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
