Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output as directed. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Follow care plans and provide emotional support to residents. Report any changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse. Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Utah is preferred. Ability to become trained and certified as a Nurse's Aide within 4 months of employment is mandatory. CPR and First Aid certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
