Job Description: As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sunshine Home Health, you will be an integral part of our home healthcare team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high quality, personalized care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by their healthcare team. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clients' conditions. Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support; ensuring clients' dietary needs are met. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience in home healthcare or long-term care is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification. High School Diploma or equivalent. Compassion and empathy for clients and their families.
