Job Description Read customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to assemble customer orders from stock and place order on pallet or shelves. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Complete all paperwork pertaining to inventory, which includes shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, purchase orders, open orders, order check-off, and UPS. Ensure complete accuracy of store inventory at all times. Label all orders and back stock clearly. Participate in the cycle counting program. Load and unload customer vehicles; ensure proper paperwork is completed and signed off by the customer after loading of product. Process incoming freight trucks in a timely manner. Proper use of equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, to move inventory. Inspect equipment to maintain good working order. Record amounts of product received and distributed. Accountable for overall cleanliness/organization of the warehouse. Enter records into computer. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma Ability to read and write in English Strong work ethic Forklift certification or willing to be certified Excellent organizational skills Basic mathematical skills Basic computer skills Knowledge of proper safety measures Ability to manually move and lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs. They are responsible for the flow of product into and out of inventory to the shipping locations. This role involves directing Arhaus employees and temporary associates under the direct supervision and guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role the lead will accurately create assignments while maintaining and constantly improving day to day putaway and pulling operations to ensure the highest levels of inventory accuracy are achieved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Team leaders are expected to: · Set the tone and provide leadership, supervision, and direction to assigned Distribution Center team members and temporary associates assigned to you on a daily basis. · Support other departmental leads within all areas. · Support management initiatives on and off the floor in every aspect of their role to ensure compliance with policies/procedures, process improvement, and drive team member initiatives. · Will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with utilizing the delivery schedule to create the daily door sheet and coding the delivery schedule to align with the day's workload. · Will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the creation and execution of the shift plan for putaway and pulling that is aligned with the overall DC Daily Plan. · Working with the Supervisor and Assistant Supervisors ensure AWM work schedules are assigned prior to the start of shift. Job Description Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates. Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties. Proactively greet customers and develop lasting relationships. Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations. Lead by example to achieve sales goals Learn the installation process and products to educate customers. Track established store sales goals. Provide customers with updates on product delivery status. Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand. Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel. Maintain inventory accuracy. Use good business practices at all times. Other duties as assigned. *First year income expected 60-75K at target Qualifications Must have weekend availability 1+ years of experience in retail management Previous sales experience Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.     Description Department Name: Supply Chain Title: Cycle Counter Associate Reports To (position): DC Inventory Supervisor Positions Reporting to This: N/A Summary: The Cycle Counter is responsible for counting the inventory in the warehouse to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy, control, and integrity. As well as compile discrepancy reports that highlight errors, the causes for any inaccuracies that are encountered, and also rectifying the issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting cycle counts completely and accurately per schedules provided. Straightening merchandise so that it can be easily picked. Updating and printing the initial cycle count report to verify accuracy. Audit and correct bin discrepancies resulting from picking orders, putaway errors, lost merchandise, and/or pilferage.
