Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers. * Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs. * Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency. About You: * Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager. * Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team. * Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others. * Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives.
