The primary purpose of this position is to lead all engineering activities and establish a mentality of process improvement within our distribution center. The Industrial Engineering Manager will work with the IE group, Facilities, and the Operations teams to improve process efficiency, maintain labor standards, and reduce costs. Utilizes labor data to cost rationalize capital expenditure and process change return on investment. Uses labor and material cost data to compare and recommend process change and communicate accurate process costs to senior management.
Conduct ergonomic evaluations, recommending and implementing improvements to work area designs.
Has the ability to take ideas from concept to implementation and can influence decision-making with all stake-holders. Possesses outstanding multi-tasking ability to meet concurrent project timelines.
Who We're Looking For: You.
Five or more years of related Industrial Engineering experience and prior exposure managing a team, completing multi-variable work measurements and developing labor standards, process improvement initiatives, and network optimization projects within a distribution center environment.
Previous experience with Distribution planning models (square footage, labor, staffing, etc.) and awareness of material handling technology applications is helpful
MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills, MS Access, and Visio.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning

Optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and format based on performance data and platform best practices.
Identify new and emerging channels that align with brand values and audience interests.
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to community conversations, DMs, and comments to foster loyalty and trust.
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight users with timely, thoughtful interactions.
Performance & Analytics
Define KPIs and track performance across all channels, reporting on engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness.
Leverage data to inform ongoing optimization of content, tone, timing, and format.
Stay current on industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of social media experience, preferably at a consumer brand, creative agency, or digital-first company.
Demonstrated experience in developing high-impact social campaigns with measurable results.
Strong aesthetic sensibility with a portfolio of standout creative content.
Deep understanding of the unique language, trends, and behaviors of each social platform.
Experience working with creative teams or tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Comfortable analyzing social performance data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Self-starter with excellent time management, project management, and attention to detail.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Maintains all floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer
Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store, e.g. Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms
Adheres to all company policies concerning Health and Safety (includes the refilling of all essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End)
Cross-trained in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
Supports and responds to all Front End coverage needs
Adheres and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
Adheres to all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies including shrink reduction

Work within a specific classification and implement the category leader's direction in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept stage to presentation, to development and execution of the final product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
BRA INNOVATION:
Identify seasonal & future market trends and translate them into the Aerie design aesthetic and philosophy
Work with Design Leadership on presentations for executive leadership team
Work with the senior design team and have the ability to assess the relationship of different categories season to season
Work with technical department in all aspect of development and fit procedures
Partner with merchants to ensure customer needs and choice counts are covered each season

QUALIFICATIONS:
