HVAC Technician
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
The HVAC Technician troubleshoots equipment, performs maintenance, repairs and installs HVAC Building and Data Center systems and equipment, supports the operation of the Facilities Emergency Management Systems. This role provides back up support for all other trades, such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation, and snow removal. They also participate in an on call program, responding to emergency call during and after hours and working overtime for snow removal and other building related needs.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
Trouble shoot, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems and equipment at the TJX Buildings and Data Center Facility. This equipment includes pumps, motors, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, roof top units, unit heaters and chillers.
Work with other skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal. Respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call program and participate in any activity necessary to keep the Facility operating properly.
Operate, troubleshoot, and repair the Energy Management System software and hardware controlling the Home Office complex.
Oversee contractors working in the facility to insure the quality of work and minimize the disruption to the facility.

Qualifications

Strategic Reporting Enhancement - assist in the transition of existing reports into PowerBI dashboards

Qualifications:

The Web Store Operations Specialist for Merchandise Presentation is responsible for driving the on-site merchandise presentation strategy for TJX eCommerce Websites. The role focuses on managing a global portfolio of subsidiaries within a team responsible for a broad range of corporate governance and legal matters, including overseeing SEC and other regulatory disclosures, supporting the Company's Board of Directors, and collaborating on stakeholder engagement. What You Will Do:
* Manage corporate governance requirements for a portfolio of domestic and foreign subsidiaries, to include coordinating with outside counsel and other third-party advisors.

* Prepare and/or review meeting materials, resolutions, delegations, written consents, minutes and other governance materials in changing legal and regulatory environments.

A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Design Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers. The Design Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Design Consultant will spend the majority of his or her working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment. Design Consultants will travel to customer's homes to make sales calls, assess customer needs, make individually-tailored product recommendations , develop and negotiate customized price quotes, present warranty information and financial options that meet the customer's needs and maintain/drive profitability. The Design Consultant will also complete required sales contracts and paperwork, and take measurements using industry standard methods to ensure orders meet required installation specifications. The Design Consultant is responsible for proactively soliciting and acquiring new customers inside assigned THD stores and during industry events (such as Home Shows). To drive sales and increase the pipeline of potential customers, a Design Consultant will travel to their assigned stores, maintain local relationships, educate store associates on HDIS offerings, and bring awareness to HDIS programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Travel and engage in outside sales activities, primarily in customers' homes. Conduct professional and compelling sales presentations. Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and effectively advocate HDIS solutions.
