I read the other reviews and decided to put my own after being on the fence about it. I left this company in 2023 and other reviews are spot on. Myself and another co-worker of mine were constantly solicited by a certain male manager, we all know who it is. Yes, we went out on his boat, and he showed us around the sound, and we heard what happens on that boat. After we reported the unwanted pictures, and text messages and hr nothing came of it, so I decided to leave. We already knew one of the hr women were having an affair with him, and another new girl was about to start. By the sounds of it, he got to her also, based on the other reviews.
Listen to the women on the job who repeatedly report unwanted advances made on them.
The most joy is when I left this place, and didn't look back. The manager tried to even text me months later and wanted to know if I wanted to go on another trip on his boat!
I see reviews are finally not covered up by this company or someone anymore! For to long young women have been prayed upon by men in management, especially in the Sumner Washington location. To further throw fuel onto the fire, the new members of the Human Resources team in the last 2 years have covered up their affairs with management! For anyone reading this, you know and have heard what we all know is happening! Myself and others have brough this to Senior HR staff, and they've done nothing, I was put on the outside when working their, and so have many others.
This company is in over their heads now with the complaints that are happening. It's only a matter of time before something bigger happens.
There is no joy here, none at all. The most joy was leaving this place and finding a secure place to work for.
Having a paycheck for the time being.
Lets me real here, and read on various other sites what people are saying about the manipulation that is going on with their HR team and management. The affairs, scandals, and abuse are rampant at this place. You cant report any incident to HR because bot of the women are having affairs with men in management, but yet they do nothing.
