David John Lesar (born May 30, 1953) is an American businessman who is the former chair of Halliburton Energy Services. He was the CEO of Halliburton for 17 years from 2000 to 2017. Trained as a Certified Public Accountant, Lesar spent 16 years at Arthur Andersen. He had spent most of his career at Andersen, where he worked on their Halliburton account. In 1995, Lesar was hired by Halliburton as a new vice president. July 24, 2019 David Lesar was named the interim CEO of HCSC. June 30, 2020 David Lesar was name the President and CEO of CenterPoint Energy.

Maria Pope is president, chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Portland General Electric, Oregon’s largest electric company. Before becoming CEO in 2018, she served as PGE’s senior vice president of Power Supply, Operations and Resource Strategy. In that role, she oversaw PGE’s transition to the Western Energy Imbalance Market, a foundational step in creating a regional smart grid. She joined PGE in 2009 as the company’s chief financial officer. Winn became CEO of SDG&E in August 2020. Previously, she served as the chief operating officer of SDG&E, overseeing operations of the utility’s gas and electric infrastructure assets, and customer services. In that role, Winn is widely recognized for SDG&E’s national leadership in sustainability, technology and innovation, including the company’s significant safety and wildfire mitigation efforts. Winn also served as chief energy delivery officer, managing all energy delivery activities for SDG&E, including electric distribution operations and gas services, customer services, and external and state legislative affairs. Since joining the company in 1986 as an associate engineer, Winn has held several leadership positions with SDG&E and Southern California Gas (SoCalGas). Winn is the current board chair for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the board of directors for Veloz, Monarch School and Smart Electric Power Alliance; the executive council for Western Energy Institute; and the director’s council of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. She has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University Sacramento and is a registered professional engineer in the State of California.
