This is a full-time remote position with quarterly travel to Chicago required.
The Omnichannel Patient Engagement ProgramDirector will implement and maintain Agentforce in order to enhance access, improve patient experience, and streamline digital and voice interactions. The ProgramDirector will collaborate with executive sponsors, clinical and operational stakeholders, Salesforce, and the solution integrator to deliver a coordinated, user-centered engagement strategy across web, text, and voice channels. Additionally, the Omnichannel Patient Engagement Director will continually partner with other marketing leaders and key stakeholders to promote digital transformation and modernize UChicago Medicine's approach to omnichannel marketing.
Who you are:
An innovative and highly collaborative marketing project leader with:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field required; master's degree preferred.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this Executive Director is a strategic finance and business partner for a $5B Health System and a complex organization with over 20+ operating units. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be onsite as needed.
Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree in business or finance required. MBA or Master's degree in finance preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role required, preferably in a highly complex, matrixed organization such as an academic medical center, medical school teaching hospital, research university or other/consulting experiences in these types of environments.

The Goizueta Business School is in search of an Associate Director of Advising and Programming in the Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC). This position reports to the Senior Director of Full-time MBA Advising and Programming. We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated achiever with a detail-oriented and student-centric approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads career preparation activities, events, and coaching for Full-time MBA students at Goizueta Business School, particularly those interested in careers in general management, operations, consulting, human resources, social impact, and real estate, among other areas.
Develops a career advising strategy for an assigned group of MBA students which includes creating pre-orientation programming for incoming students, developing custom student advising strategies and communication plans, and determining what career preparation workshops and resources will be offered throughout the year.
Meets regularly with assigned MBA students to provide personalized career coaching support.
Communicates with MBA students to ensure an accurate understanding of CMC services and student expectations, requirements, and responsibilities.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Central Giving, this role provides inspirational leadership and strategic direction for the central Major Gifts team. Oversees senior directors of development and a cohort of gift officers responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gift prospects across the United States. A hands-on, results-driven leader with extensive fundraising expertise in large, complex research universities. Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in business or finance required. MBA or Master's degree in finance preferred.

Job Summary
The Assistant Director, Edwardson Social Entrepreneurship Program (ESEP), manages the planning and execution of multiple Rustandy Center programs and activities in the social entrepreneurship domains. Responsibilities include event execution, program administration, research, and stakeholder engagement for the marquee John Edwardson, '72, Social New Venture Challenge (SNVC) competition, Tarrson Social Venture Fellows program, faculty commercialization, and other new and existing programs. It is based in the Hyde Park campus with occasional events and meetings in downtown Chicago (primarily around the Gleacher Center campus).
Responsibilities
Provides program administration and execution support for the suite of social entrepreneurship programs within the Edwardson Social Entrepreneurship Program (ESEP), which is part of the broader Business and Society Team at the Rustandy Center.
Administers the John Edwardson, '72, Social New Venture Challenge (SNVC) program that takes place throughout the academic year and supports social venture creation. Responsibilities include providing key course support for the New Social Venture class; overseeing all SNVC-related events including info sessions, pitch workshops, and classroom-based events; coordinating application review and applicant communications; coordinating three rounds of judge invites and logistics; serving as the SNVC programmatic liaison with the Polsky Center; and significantly, serving as the key organizer for the Edwardson SNVC Finals to ensure successful execution and follow-up of the day and working closely with the Rustandy Center event manager, marketing team, and operations team to do so.
Manages and executes events associated with key milestones such as anniversaries, as well as ad-hoc events, including coordinating with speakers, setting up registration, staffing events, and coordinating with the Rustandy Center event manager and marketing team.
Assists with continued venture support programs for students and alumni working on ESEP-supported ventures. Manages the program planning, application process, and execution of the Tarrson Social Venture Fellows program which provides mentorship and critical runway funding to help graduating students launch and grow their social enterprises. Manages the twice-annual alumni social venture support awards process, including application review, and works with the operations team on awards process.
Manages relationships with select Entrepreneurs-in-Residence, working with them on relevant programs and workshops and supporting office hours with students.
Assists with all aspects of the Rustandy Center's faculty commercialization program, which supports UChicago faculty in turning innovative research into commercially viable and impactful social ventures. Responsibilities include assisting with the application and project scoping process for faculty, coordinating training sessions, developing relationships across campus to identify promising leads, and helping to schedule meetings and presentations as needed..
Liaise and develops relationships with student group leaders at Chicago Booth, including the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital club, Net Impact, the Government and Policy club, and more, and at other units (Harris Finance Group, Harris Ventures).
Fosters alumni communities and closer connections to the center for participants in ESEP programming, including SNVC alumni, Tarrson Fellows alumni, and our social entrepreneurship programs in general.
Contributes to the evolution of the ESEP program by refining our programs, ensuring relevant linkage between social entrepreneurship and broader Business and Society programs such as impact investing and sustainability, tracking program developments at peer institutions, developing relationships with external organizations to build the pipeline of social entrepreneurs at the University of Chicago, and more.
Helps develop and track metrics to assess the success of social entrepreneurship and impact initiatives.
Provides program support to programs and events in the broader Business and Society portfolio.
Advises, supports, and recommends concepts for programming to leaders of various organizations and programs
Markets student activities programming throughout the year. Develops and implements protocols for evaluating the effectiveness of programs.

Job Summary
The Assistant Director, Business and Society Programs supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact MBA student-facing co-curricular programs focused on social entrepreneurship, ESG/impact investing, climate innovation, and the intersection of business and democracy. These areas are key interests for Booth's students and the Assistant Director will be both managing the programs day-to-day, and looking for ways to innovate to meet student interest in co-curricular learning and in careers in these emerging fields. Provides program administration and execution support for the suite of MBA student-facing ESG and impact investing co-curricular programs, including the Steven Tarrson Impact Investment Fund, the Turner MIINT impact investing competition, and more.
Supports the development and execution of sustainability and climate-related programming, ensuring a suite of relevant programs for students of business.
Ensures relevant linkage between social entrepreneurship and impact investing programs to support growth of the Edwardson Social Entrepreneurship Program.
Supports the development and execution of alumni programming within ESG, impact investing, and climate domains, including event coordination, communications, and logistics.
Provides operational and logistical support for public programming initiatives, including the Center's thought leadership series and external-facing events in areas of expertise.

Serve as the primary two-way conduit for system strategy and site needs/feedback, ensuring transparent, bi-directional communication between the sites and the Clinical Performance Excellence leadership.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the community network and assigned sites regarding clinical excellence initiatives, quality improvement projects, and best practice implementation.
Ensure alignment of local clinical excellence goals with the health system's annual strategic quality priorities.
Maintain strong on-site presence to understand specific operational needs and challenges while contributing to the development of system-wide clinical excellence strategies.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the health system and partner with site and system leadership to set long-term and annual clinical excellence goals, and design strategies and tactical roadmaps to achieve those goals.
Lead the strategic implementation and adoption of system-wide standardized clinical excellence initiatives and quality improvement projects at assigned sites.
Assist sites in developing and executing local action plans aligned with system goals and local priorities, coordinating with project and program managers and operational excellence partners, or fulfilling that role.
Provide subject matter expertise in high-reliability organizing (HRO) and robust process improvement (RPI) methods to ensure effective, sustainable changes.
Monitor project progress, identify and escalate roadblocks, and provide support and problem-solving expertise to overcome challenges.
Collaborate with service line and department leaders to advance quality, safety, and accreditation standards, and achieve best-in-class performance.
Collaborate with system leadership, external assessment, and site teams to analyze clinical performance data, and identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
Translate complex clinical data and performance metrics into actionable insights and strategic priorities for site leadership and governance.
Partner with analytics and clinical teams to monitor trends, develop dashboards, and transparently report quality outcomes to senior leadership, medical staff, and governing bodies.
Co-develop and drive a roadmap to achieve and sustain top-decile clinical performance aligned with internal goals and in prioritized external programs (e.g., CMS Star Ratings, Leapfrog Safety Grade, etc.).
Provide guidance on data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive measurable improvement and support the use of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma).
Collaborate closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance during accreditation and on ongoing regulatory readiness activities, and site leadership to ensure compliance with relevant requirements and standards.
Collaborate with Risk Management & Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Quality Performance Improvement leaders and teams to proactively embed High Reliability and safety culture principles, minimizing organizational risk.
Customize, adapt, and lead education and training to site staff on clinical excellence concepts, quality improvement methodologies, and best practices to build capability across leaders and staff at community sites.
Maintain deep expertise and disseminate knowledge in Quality Improvement, Change Management, Implementation Science, and relevant clinical guidelines/regulations.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
