Performs business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, defect management and remediation. Works with stakeholders to understand their business objectives. Documents and conducts gap analysis between current and future state of business processes. Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and recommends solutions. Maintains business process documentation throughout the SDLC of the project. Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Leads meetings with guidance from program management or senior management, and distributes meeting minutes and action items. Leads and coordinates requirement gathering sessions with appropriate teams. Plans and facilitates workshops/interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translates them into business plans/solutions. Prepares and delivers client presentations. Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Manages Test Plans/ Test Cases/ Defect Management and Remediation.
