University of Texas at El Paso is highly regarded not only for its numerous degree programs, but also for the wealth of research opportunities and student life offerings. UT El Paso's student life exists both on and off campus. On-campus activities include over 170 student clubs and organizations as well as student-run publications, recreational activities and entertainment. Off campus, students can find all of the cultural, entertainment and dining activities that exist in a city the size of El Paso. Admission to UT is fairly competitive, particularly at the graduate level. Undergraduate students are evaluated in terms of their academic performance and test scores, among other things. At the graduate level, a certain number of students may receive financial aid in the form of assistantships or fellowships. At the undergraduate level, eligible students get loans, grants and scholarships. Tuition is also much lower for state residents since UT is a state school.

I might say there are not disadvantages working at UTEP, most of the things like the departments and the managers are people that might care about the others. It is a place that I might recomend for people who recently have graduated.

I like the healthy enviroment it feels wotking at UTEP, the managers and coworkers are respectuful. People working in a department try to help each other with no problem. I also like how it feels a diverse enviroment with young people.

In the way I worked as a work study student I might say my managers gave me the flexibility to make a schechule that might not interfere with my courses while I was working. Also, most of the people working at the campus feels like they have a positive attitude while working.

There is nothing wrong on the culture enviroment at uTEP, I feel most of the enviroment feels diverse,

I like how UTEP has a positive working enviroment, which is something I enjoyed the most because managers are respectful, coworkers might alsways help you and you might not feel pressured on you tasks.
