Mr. Van Dyke has over thirteen years of experience in building, growing, and managing technology-centric businesses. Since joining the firm shortly after its creation in 2002, Mr. Van Dyke has held a variety of responsibilities at The Van Dyke Technology Group, all directed toward the common objective of ensuring exceptional service and solutions that address customers’ mission critical requirements. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Van Dyke is responsible for providing leadership for corporate strategic and business planning activities. As CFO, he is responsible for the oversight and management of the firm’s finance, human resources, legal, contracts, and administrative functions.

Mr. Gloster is Chief Innovation Officer for the Van Dyke Technology Group in Columbia, MD. He leads the Cyber Innovation Business Unit. He has over 20 years’ experience in computer and cyber security providing strategic support to U.S. Government agencies in the areas of Cyber Situational Awareness and Data Management. Additionally, he provides strategic advice and guidance to clients on securing net-centric enterprises focusing on securing client business functions, web applications and sensitive data. He is skilled in identifying threats and vulnerabilities in critical business processes and the technology supporting those processes. He has a bachelor’s of science degree from the George Washington University and is a certified Information System Security Officer (CISSP).
