Infusion Service Duties
Provide clinical support and monitoring for patients receiving infusion therapies including assessing, managing, and triaging acute medication reactions (hypersensitivity, intolerance, severe allergic and anaphylactic).
Collaborate with pharmacists and serve as a leader to infusion nurses to ensure safe and accurate treatment delivery.
Participate in process improvement initiatives

We're looking for dynamic, patient-centered Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our team in a unique shared role that supports both our Gastroenterology and Infusion service lines. This position is full-time (1.0 FTE) with a 4-day work week. You'll have the opportunity to work across two high-performing clinical teams, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting seamless transitions across specialties. You'll join one other APC in Infusion and a moderate sized GI practice with 12 physicians and 6 APCs.
GI Service Duties
* Support GI clinicians in the evaluation, treatment, and follow up of patients with digestive health disorders.
* Conduct clinical assessments, review diagnostic results, and assist with care planning.
* 13 telehealth and in-person visits per full day, some in-basket support, and urgent referral review and triage
* Work schedule includes 2.5 days per week in GI from 7:00 - 5:00 pm (Tuesday and Thursday and ½-day Wednesday)
Infusion Service Duties
* Provide clinical support and monitoring for patients receiving infusion therapies including assessing, managing, and triaging acute medication reactions (hypersensitivity, intolerance, severe allergic and anaphylactic).
* Collaborate with pharmacists and serve as a leader to infusion nurses to ensure safe and accurate treatment delivery.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives
* Work schedule includes 1.5 days per week (7:00 - 5:00 pm on Friday and 1/2-day Wednesday)
The ideal candidate values interdisciplinary teamwork and enjoys caring for patients with chronic and complex conditions. A minimum of 2 years' experience in GI or other procedure-based specialty would be a bonus. Comfort with infusion therapies including biologics, IV medications, and chronic disease management would be a plus.
