Essential Functions
Gain thorough knowledge of the community, sales process, Residency Agreement, and Resident Handbook.
Maintain and adjust sales strategies to support stabilized occupancy.
Meet Critical Success Factors, including daily call standards, monthly tours/appointments, and monthly sales goals.
Conduct effective tours, home visits, and presentations for prospects, residents, and community/civic organizations.
Participate in meetings and sales discussions to support communication and monthly/quarterly goals.
Use MatrixCare CRM for lead tracking, data entry, notes, and reports.
Develop closing strategies and maintain current knowledge of competitors.
Plan, organize, and lead prospect events; participate in resident programs and special events.
Safeguard confidential sales, marketing, financial, and operational information.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, follow-up skills, and professional conduct.
Use Word, Excel, MatrixCare, Canva and/or Illustratus for sales and marketing tasks
Cultivate referral sources among residents and external professionals.
Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Sales Assistant to ensure complete and accurate resident files and adherence to the 90-day move-in timeline.
Communicate issues or suggestions promptly to leadership.
Address difficult situations with courtesy and professionalism.
Represent the community positively and maintain professional business attire.
Work flexible hours, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Capture high-quality photos/videos for marketing, social media, and advertising; collaborate with marketing to create on-brand content.
Relate effectively to all levels of management and professionals; demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
Skills, knowledge, Certifications & Licensing
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Canva, and/or other editing software.

Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelors degree from a four-year accredited university preferred (Marketing or related field preferred).

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care, including the staffing and training of the Nursing Department.
Job Description
Provides nursing care according to physicians orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, establish standards, and administrative policies. The ADON ensures preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists tin the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines. The ADON has the skill to assess resident and notify attending physician and responsible party in the event of a change in the residents condition. Accurately administers prescribed medications, supervises the continuity of nursing care, responds to change in medical condition, medications, or other circumstances requiring special care needs and performs first aid as required. Provides daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff and other designed personnel in meeting the residents needs. Demonstrates good decision-making skills. Provides pre-written evaluation and oral counseling of assigned staff for review. Assess and monitors complex resident health status and determines the appropriate nursing intervention. Develops and monitors the ongoing plan of care with resident and initiates corrective action as necessary. The ADON Ensures essential communication tools are available (two-way radios and nursing phone). Job Requirements
Education/Skills/Abilities
Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing. Two years of experience working as a registered nurse including some medical/surgical experience and awareness of the needs of geriatric residents.
Strong clinical assessment/critical thinking skills.
Ability to calculate figures related to medication dosages and amounts such as percentages and area.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interrupts human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Assures proper functioning of medical equipment and adequate medical supplies.
Makes routine rounds to assure proper care and a safe, clean resident environment.
Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
Supervises nursing personnel and conducts evaluations of nursing staff.
Recruitment of nursing staff for open positions, including interviewing when DON is not available.
Organizes and executes orientation of nursing personnel PRN if SDC not available.
Participates in family/resident counseling PRN.
Responds to emergency calls as necessary.
Functions in the capacity of DON in his/her absence.
Assures effective communication with other shifts and departments as it relates to resident care.
Assists DON in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Assists in infection control, safety and pharmacy rounds and audits.
Some “on call” is required.
Implements and executes in-service training and education sessions as needed.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Accompanies physicians when making rounds PRN.
Heads up and runs the Restorative Program.
Performs all other duties as assigned by DON or Administrator.
Job Requirements
Education/Skills/Abilities
Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing. Two years of experience working as a registered nurse including some medical/surgical experience and awareness of the needs of geriatric residents.
Strong clinical assessment/critical thinking skills.
Ability to calculate figures related to medication dosages and amounts such as percentages and area.
Ability to read, analyzes, and interrupts human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer literacy a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Professional dress and behavior at all times, representing The Village at Germantown in the best image possible.
Experience
Two years' experience in Long-Term Care or the equivalent preferred.
Licenses, Registration and Certifications Physical Demands
State of TN or Multi-State License as a Registered Nurse.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.
Must maintain CPR certification at all times.

The employee will be required to participate in training/ in servicing, and properly operate equipment used for lifting and weighing residents according to facility's “lift-free” policy. All resident lifting will be completed using mechanical lifts only.
May be necessary to assist in the evaluation of residents during an emergency.
