QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma/GED with 4 years of Program Manager experience or 4-year degree in Human Service-related field with 2 years of Program Manager experience. Experience: Preferred: 2 years experience in Acquired Brain Injury service delivery 2 years experience managing others in the human service field; reporting at clinical or team meetings; maintaining client and staff files; knowledge of supervisory styles and methods. Experience building staff teams and scheduling client-specific staff coverage desired; reliable transportation; awareness and utilization of client interventions, techniques, and behavioral strategies; comfortable with Microsoft Word and other basic computer skills; proficient written and verbal communication skills, knowledge and experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred.
