QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 4 years of Program Manager experience or 4-year degree in Human Service-related field with 2 years of Program Manager experience.
Experience:
Preferred: 2 years experience in Acquired Brain Injury service delivery
2 years experience managing others in the human service field; reporting at clinical or team meetings; maintaining client and staff files; knowledge of supervisory styles and methods.
Experience building staff teams and scheduling client-specific staff coverage desired; reliable transportation; awareness and utilization of client interventions, techniques, and behavioral strategies; comfortable with Microsoft Word and other basic computer skills; proficient written and verbal communication skills, knowledge and experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred.

Individualized supervision of SLG employees
Assign and schedule SLG staff to work with ABI clients weekly
Orient and train staff concerning program-specific materials and systems
Identify problems, determine and implement the most effective solutions
Monitor each service plan, clients' progress and staff performance
Write employee performance evaluations annually
Determine necessary disciplinary action and implement improvement plans for non-compliant SLG employees
Work as a liaison with clinical team leaders, treatment team members, clients and SLG administrative team
Represent The Supported Living Group, LLC during client related activities and community outreach events
Maintain ABI service plan, supervisory and agency records
Assist in agency's strategic plan, risk management and quality assurance activities
Contribute to the hiring and orienting of new SLG employees as needed

The majority of the individuals that we serve have services that require someone to be in their home 24 hours a day.
There are some individuals that are case by case basis where they have as little as 4 hours per day.
