Customers filling there needs is very rewarding and nurturing. Team you work very close on a day by day great atmosphere. Our products are top of the line making sure our customers are satisfied and can be there very best.
Culture and corporate directives .Upper managment micro manage everything! No employee incentives. No protection or compensation during covid 19.
Discount and V university was well trained. Love my position as SM but the stress and expectations are unreal.
I like the atmosphere along with the people I work with and getting to work on something new each and every day to keep the store running at peak efficiency.
Opportunities to move forward are slim and dependent purely on someone higher up leaving so that you can fill the position. That along with not knowing when your days off will be makes for a hectic schedule
Having healthcare
Helping customers
The worst run company ever! If you speak up at all, your job is threatened. They can’t even figure out inventory management. The amount of of out of stocks is horrendous. Then they constantly wonder why sales are down when we don’t have what the customers want.
None, horrible & overpriced insurance
Decent pay.
Horrible leadership structure. A lot of unqualified people in leadership positions. Training is very poor.
Very laid back. There is not a lot of pressure to meet sales and be pushy.
Flexible hours for students
Retail life is not exactly consistent or fun
The discount is solid
