**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a **Project Manager for Data Center Site Strategy / Land Development** with a passion for driving results to join our high-performance data center team. In this role, the Project Manager will plan, direct, and execute multiple moderate to large-scale projects to support the utility and land development for next-generation digital infrastructure. There is a heavy focus on planning and data centers in this role.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants.
+ Build trust with the client, local communities and regulatory bodies.
+ Support identification and evaluation of land opportunities aligned with long-term data center growth.
+ Accountable for specific projects
+ Plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for all phases of the projects throughout the US. (from beginning to close out)

**Qualifications**
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 2 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 5 or more years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management
+ Familiarity with data center operations, site development and construction processes.
+ Demonstrated ability to support large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.

**Job Description**
The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build Senior Project Manager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. This is an opportunity to work on some of our nation's most pressing water infrastructure problems and contributing to AECOM's success as an industry leader in engineering and construction.
**Frequent short-term travel up to 50% of the time may be required depending on project workload.**
**Job Responsibilities:**
The Senior Project Manager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB Senior Project Manager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction project management capacities. As a DB Senior Project Manager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall project management for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Those Project managers with either Design Build project management experience will be considered especially those with water/wastewater industry experience or those with experience in industrial (process) oriented construction fields.
**Fiscal Experience** - Proven project management skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
**Team Oriented** - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 20+ years' experience in delivering engineering and construction projects in the water/wastewater industry delivered using progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods
+ Good understanding of project delivery and ability to facilitate technical discussions when needed
+ Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team
+ Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
+ Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Travel to other offices/sites will be required
+ Experience managing D/B projects that are $30 Million or more
+ A DBIA certificate is preferred but not required
+ California P.E. license preferred
+ Experience in working with local and state regulatory agencies
+ Experience in managing both engineering and construction subcontractors
+ Proven ability to conduct competitive assessments and price to win analysis.

This position is expected to begin in Spring 2026.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assists with the planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities within the area of responsibility.
Monitor's subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations.
Assist in overseeing activities of construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
Receives continual supervision and direction in the performance of assigned responsibility.
Receives technical and operational direction from the assigned Superintendent or Project Manager.
Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management.
Assists with compliance of the AECOM Hunt safety program that creates a safe and healthy work environment on the jobsite.
Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate including but not limited to updating drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and other documents as required.
When requested, interfaces with client, architect, and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and client satisfaction.
Contribute to building good communications between field management, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or similar major.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior Internship experience within the construction industry.
Experience working on a live construction site.
Able to follow directions and interact with all levels of management on a working construction project.

**Job Description**
The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build Senior Project Manager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. It is desirable that the DB Senior Project Manager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction project management capacities. As a DB Senior Project Manager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall project management for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Those Project managers with either Design Build project management experience will be considered especially those with water/wastewater industry experience or those with experience in industrial (process) oriented construction fields.
**Fiscal Experience** - Proven project management skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
**Team Oriented** - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.

**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a **Project Manager** to support work in **Cincinnati, OH** .
+ Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget
+ Serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction and various City departments to ensure smooth project delivery
+ Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects
+ Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient City review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery
+ Contact with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations will be an aspect of the work.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for AECOM with primary responsibility for delivering projects, which will include being knowledgeable with the work of architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and other design and construction related consultants.
+ Oversee and track project progress
+ Attend regular design/construction project meetings and meet with consultants and staff to resolve design and construction problems
+ Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and perform other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects
+ Conduct general administration and oversight of design and construction process
+ Review designs for coordination and constructability
+ Oversee and document construction activities
+ Assist in review and recommendation of approval of invoicing, change orders, etc.
+ The PM will provide client support for active and new projects working alongside other facility team members, internal business clients, external vendors, and contractors driving the execution of projects.
+ The PM will assist with project, schedule, and cost management services including, but not limited to: Technical and administrative project management, budget controls, schedule control, coordination, change management, quality controls, submittal review and approval coordination, oversight of construction, manage project records and close-out documents.
+ The PM will support overall project management, project strategy, vendor selection, procurement, and contracting, design management and pre-construction services, construction phase services, and project turnover and closeout activities.
+ The PM must be comfortable using Microsoft Project, PDF document management, and have the ability to learn client dedicated systems.
**Qualifications**

+ BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Job Description**
**The Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Wastewater Treatment Project Manager with a focus in wastewater infrastructure design and in-depth design engineering experience in municipal conveyance and pumping systems for immediate employment in our Cleveland or Columbus office.** This role offers an exciting opportunity to focus on client business growth, project delivery leadership and mentoring of developing engineering staff by leveraging top notch regional and national water/wastewater engineering expertise and capabilities to expand AECOM's Ohio area business. The appropriately qualified applicant will have the opportunity to manage and work with an established team of professional engineers on a variety of water, wastewater, and storm water design projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.

+ Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.

is seeking a
Project Manager
to support work in
Cincinnati, OH
.
Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget
Serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction and various City departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects
Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient City review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery
Contact with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations will be an aspect of the work.
Act as a primary point of contact for AECOM with primary responsibility for delivering projects, which will include being knowledgeable with the work of architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and other design and construction related consultants.
Oversee and track project progress
Attend regular design/construction project meetings and meet with consultants and staff to resolve design and construction problems
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and perform other ancillary administrative responsibilities related to assigned projects
Conduct general administration and oversight of design and construction process
Review designs for coordination and constructability
Oversee and document construction activities
Assist in review and recommendation of approval of invoicing, change orders, etc.
The PM will provide client support for active and new projects working alongside other facility team members, internal business clients, external vendors, and contractors driving the execution of projects.
The PM will assist with project, schedule, and cost management services including, but not limited to: Technical and administrative project management, budget controls, schedule control, coordination, change management, quality controls, submittal review and approval coordination, oversight of construction, manage project records and close-out documents.
The PM will support overall project management, project strategy, vendor selection, procurement, and contracting, design management and pre-construction services, construction phase services, and project turnover and closeout activities.
The PM must be comfortable using Microsoft Project, PDF document management, and have the ability to learn client dedicated systems.
