Identifies variances from the original or approved plan. + Recommends timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems or alternative methods to efficiently achieve schedule certainty, including, but not limited to: + Analyzing project schedule requirements with the project team and ensuring required resources are available, so that established schedules may be reasonably maintained. + Analyzing work productivity against established schedules/productions and report to management. Modifying schedules as necessary to efficiently plan and report activities. + Analyzing any change in construction plan + Prepares project management reports to reflect schedule status and/or corrective actions as required + Conducts analysis and workshops to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on eroded schedules as well as on-time or ahead schedules Requirements: + Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Manager or equivalent + Approximately 10 years of scheduling experience + Proficient in the following: Word, Excel, Primavera P6 + Preferred proficiency in the following: Acumen Fuse, Synchro, Project and Cost Management Systems + Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize, organize and manage time + Salary Range: $146,000 - $218,000/Yr.
