**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Ability to perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor

+ Project management and technical oversight of team members (AECOM and subconsultants) for planning, design, and construction phase services for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including water pipelines, sewage collection systems, pump stations, storage tanks, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, etc.
+ Identifying new business opportunities for AECOM, coordinating and participating in project presentations to clients and other external groups, and promoting AECOM's capabilities, marketing its services among existing and prospective clients.

+ Coordinating and participating in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, and drafting complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management.

**Qualifications**

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Direct project experience working with municipal projects, utilities and/or public-sector water/wastewater agencies.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:
+ Ensambla e instala sistemas de tuberías que conducen agua, vapor, aire y otros fluidos, sólidos o gases dentro y alrededor de edificios y estructuras
+ Instala sistemas de tuberías de vacío, líneas de drenaje y alcantarillado (laterales) desde los edificios hasta el punto de fijación
+ Mueve materiales y equipos para ser utilizados por fontaneros, instaladores de tuberías y instaladores de vaporizador.
**CALIFICACIONES**
+ 3-5 años de experiencia verificable preferida
+ Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de tuberías y accesorios; Conocimiento adecuado de longitudes y medidas de construcción para el uso de herramientas y maquinaria
+ Se requiere estar estar de pie, agachado, arrodillado o sentado durante largos períodos
+ debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras; puede ser requerido para trabajar en varias condiciones climáticas
+ Requiere la capacidad de cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad; comunicarse efectivamente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores para asegurar que los proyectos se completen adecuadamente

**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking an **Engineering Intern** to be based in **Murray, UT** .
_This position is expected to begin on May 2026._
_The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:_
+ Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.
+ Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering and must have completed at least two years of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the Master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous relevant internship experience.
+ Knowledge of concrete and steel design.
+ Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as exposure to construction-based computer programs.
+ Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $20 to $24.
