Identifies variances from the original or approved plan. + Recommends timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems or alternative methods to efficiently achieve schedule certainty, including, but not limited to: + Analyzing project schedule requirements with the project team and ensuring required resources are available, so that established schedules may be reasonably maintained. + Analyzing work productivity against established schedules/productions and report to management.
