**Responsibilities :**
+ Serve as onboard public health specialist; responsible for training ship/island department Managers and Crew on public health
+ Monitor DCL policies, procedures, and record keeping to ensure the operation is in compliance with all applicable national (USPHS) and international laws
+ Coordinate US port's and Captain's weekly Food Safety and Sanitation Inspections on the ship and at _Castaway Cay_ , including random inspections as needed
+ Monitor compliance of Vessel Sanitation Program; recommend corrective action in the following areas:
+ **FOOD SAFETY**
+ Personnel (including training, personal habits, hand washing, etc.)
+ Food (including handling, storage, temperature control, etc.)
+ Equipment (including cleaning, sanitizing, logs, checklists, etc.)
+ Bathroom and general food facilities **PUBLIC HEALTH**
+ Housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe areas (chemical storage, filter cleaning, etc.)
+ Conducts monthly GI audit ship wide and give feedback to all department heads
+ Audit and monitor GI procedures daily to ensure full compliance
+ Entertainment, Programming and Children's Areas
+ Vista Spa and Salon area
+ Supervise implementation of public health procedures for vessel sanitation; see that vessel and _Castaway Cay_ operate in compliance with applicable national (USPH) and international laws
+ Conduct weekly USPH classes for both front and back of the house Crew
+ Chair monthly Food Safety and Sanitation Committee Meetings and communicate issues and their resolution in a timely manner
+ Lead the Steward Team utilizing the 1st Stewards to provide day to day guidance, direction and feedback; ensure that all stewarding duties are completed
+ See that the following required logs, records and checklists are maintained:
+ Sanitation logs and checklists
+ HAACP logs and checklists
+ Temperature logs and checklists
+ Equipment maintenance logs and checklists
+ Train required Officers and Crew on current (and newly developed) public health regulations and responsibilities
+ Communicate with Environmental Officers, other Food Safety & Sanitation Officers, Marine & Technical Operations, Hotel Operations, and Quality Assurance;
+ submit revisions to SMS Waste Management & Public Health Manuals, Location Operating Guidelines, logs, checklist or other relevant materials
+ During ship calls to _Castaway Cay_ :
+ Provide training for the Island Manager and cast on sanitation issues
+ Ensure that all food transport from ship to island is conducted in a safe manner
+ Monitor sanitation and local waste management activities on the Island
+ Review and sign the required logs and checklists noting any issues or required actions
+ Conduct operational inspection of all food and beverage areas to ensure full compliance of all food safety and sanitation procedures
**Basic Qualifications :**
+ Minimum four years' experience in a Food Safety and Sanitation or Environmental Health related Managerial position
+ USPH Vessel Sanitation Certificate required
+ Food and Beverage operational experience preferred
+ Experience in disease outbreak management and response
+ Experience in Potable water and Swimming Pool sanitation preferred
+ Ship experience preferred
+ College degree in Public Health related field
+ Proficient in Windows applications and email
+ Experience in facilitating training and instruction sessions for small and large groups

About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our newly formed Operations Excellence organization, reporting to the Director, Operations Excellence. This foundational role will shape the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of our platform infrastructure serving millions of users. The Consumer PMO Strategic Director, Programs is a critical, high-visibility leadership role within the Consumer Organization. This leader will define, lead, and execute the strategic program management vision for the Consumer Organization's most impactful and complex cross-functional initiatives, with a key focus on strategic AI partnerships and product deployments. This role is responsible for driving organizational alignment, ensuring accountability for financial and strategic outcomes, and serving as the primary bridge between executive strategy and cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business units.
What You'll Do
+ Partner with Senior Leadership and the Consumer Organization (Product, Tech, Marketing, Business) to develop and provide vision and strategy for the Program Management Office (PMO), specifically for cross functional initiatives, including strategic AI partnerships and initiatives
+ Drive timely execution of Consumer deliverables, focusing on program milestones and coordinating across Consumer teams/functions and internal stakeholders.
+ Oversee Project Managers within the PMO, tracking and reporting on all Consumer program day-to-day activities and overall program health.
+ Facilitate final strategic decisions on product features to launch for the Consumer organization, aligning with Consumer priorities and strategy.
+ Own cross functional planning for both the Consumer organization and beyond
+ Direct strategic discussions on prioritizing Consumer initiatives considering Consumer impact and capabilities.
+ Anticipate how every Consumer decision, especially those related to, will be viewed by each of Consumer's stakeholders to maximize the success of Consumer's roll out and operations
+ Lead cross-functional execution of Consumer programs, including directing go-to-market activities for products, model build and deployment, business case development for initiatives, and legal matters related to, among other activities, with a focus on Consumer engagement.
+ Establish Consumer program objectives and key results (OKRs) for the PMO, and translate these OKRs into priorities for each cross-functional team supporting Consumer and the Consumer Organization, with a clear focus on outcomes.
+ Hold accountability to executive management and the Consumer Organization for Consumer program financial and strategic results
+ Inspire and problem-solve with all cross-functional Consumer teams and the Consumer Organization to overcome the internal and external challenges
+ Identify future critical Consumer program challenges before they become problems; anticipate, escalate, and problem-solve these challenges with executive leadership and the Consumer Organization.
+ Lead interaction with internal and external executive leadership teams and Consumer partners, requiring negotiation of sensitive matters, and strong anticipation, persuasion, communication, financial, and strategic skill sets, particularly in a Consumer-facing capacity for initiatives.
What You'll Bring
+ Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, ideally in corporate strategy, management consulting, and/or a similar PMO leadership role in a leading technology company, with significant experience in ML product development or program management; real estate experience a plus.
+ Masters of Business Administration, PMP certification, or a relevant ML certification preferred.
+ Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling/communication skills, both verbal and written - convey complex information, especially regarding concepts and outcomes, in a concise manner to facilitate decision-making with the Consumer Organization.
+ Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects and programs within a PMO structure, maintaining an efficient plan, tracking issues, and proactively communicating progress against project milestones; exhibit high attention to detail in project management.
+ Lead and execute quickly and independently in a highly visible and fast-paced Consumer-facing environment, specifically for AI-driven initiatives.

As HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer you will be responsible for all maintenance, repairs, projects and administration associated with the safe and efficient operation of the HVAC and Refrigeration Systems/Installations onboard and supervise the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team.

**Responsibilities :**
HVAC
+ Operation, inspection, maintenance, repairs and performance of main A/C chiller plant, including five Carrier centrifugal compressors, associated salt, chilled and reheat water pumping systems and the supervisor system.
+ Operation, inspection, maintenance, repairs and performance of fan coil A/C chiller plant, including two Carrier centrifugal compressors, associated salt, chilled and reat water pumping systems and the supervisor system.
Refrigeration
+ Operation, inspection, maintenance, repairs and performance of the central refrigeration system, including two brine chiller units for positive temperature system, associated support systems, plant control system and refrigeration box monitoring system, and two brine chiller units for positive temperature system, associated support systems, plant control system and refrigeration box monitoring system.
General
+ Refrigerant and glycol system pipe work and insulation integrity while targeting a zero gas and glycol leakage tolerance. Prompt identification and correction of any inadvertent leakage. The monitoring and recording of gas consumption as required under EPA rules.
+ Undertaking work, both front and back of house, to a standard which sees to Guest and Crew satisfaction while maintaining Show Quality Standards (SQS) and seeking to continually improve GSM ratings regarding air conditioning/refrigeration performance and guest service recovery.
+ Proficient use of AMOS to forecast, implement and record all work undertaken and all spares/consumables required for use and stock.
+ Proficient use of AIMS system to forecast, respond to and record all work relating to Guest and Crew area deficiencies. Work orders are closed out in a timely fashion with feedback being provided as necessary.
+ Oversees and participates in work/training by contractors who may board the vessel on a regular or as required frequency.
+ Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency of HVAC and refrigeration systems by means of operational procedures and equipment renewal and/or modification.
+ Maintains cleanliness and general condition of all work locations.
+ Maintains regular performance assessment on Officers and Crew reporting to this position. Administers coaching, counseling and discipline as necessary.
+ Interacts with Guests, Crew, contractors and shore personnel in a friendly and respectful manner to maintain/enhance the reputation and integrity of the Engineering Department.
**Basic Qualifications :**
+ Relevant HVAC qualifications
+ EPA certification
+ Shipboard or maritime industry experience
