This role reports to two Senior Managers - Sr. Manager, Employee Relations and Sr. Manager, Labor Relations. This Manager (Charges) is responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, primarily the preparation of and responses to federal, state, and local agencies (e.g., EEOC). This role partners closely with HR, Legal, Labor Relations, Employee Relations and business leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements, while advocating the Company's position and maintaining positive employee/labor relations.
Responsibilities
Research/investigate, prepare, and draft responses to inquiries from EEOC and other regulatory agencies in partnership with Employment Legal.
Gather and analyze relevant documentation to support Company's position in agency responses.
Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to resolve issues and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to integrate processes and protocols into case management.
Provide guidance and training to HR and leadership on employee relations and labor relations best practices.
Monitor trends and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate risk.
Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent (e.g. EEO investigations, EEOC/State/Local Agency interactions, CBA interpretation, ADAAA Accommodations processes)
Strong understanding and working knowledge of all aspects of local, state and federal labor and employment laws including, but not limited to NLRA, Title VII, ADEA, ADAAA, and FMLA; and associated employment laws (including agency response work)
Highly skilled in legal research, with an emphasis on current precedent as well as timely understanding and application of changes to labor and employment laws.
Possesses strong writing skills to draft persuasive responses on behalf of the Company (e.g., position statements, responses to information requests).
Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and nuanced understanding of the communication needs of different audiences and represent the Company in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in the field of Employee Relations, Industrial Labor Relations, Labor/Employment Law or equivalent.
JD or equivalent training and accreditation preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a unionized environment
Prior experience partnering with Employment Legal on agency responses.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $139,200.00 to $170,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

What You Will Do

Required Qualifications & Skills

What You Will Do
* Perform landscape architectural duties under the direction of the project lead landscape architect for design and delivery of assigned projects
* Support development of project goals/objectives through development of
* Actively collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to produce designs which satisfy creative intent and operational programming
* Develop landscape architectural project work at all stages of assigned project lifecycle from concept, feasibility or schematic design through the preparation of construction documentation in accordance with established departmental and divisional quality standards
* Ensure that the area development intent is achieved by successfully integrating landscape architectural design with scopes of allied disciplines such as infrastructure, architecture, Show/Ride systems, entertainment, grading/drainage, lighting, graphics, structural engineering, irrigation, etc.
* Prepare specific deliverables including, but not limited to base sheets, hardscape plans, planting designs, visual intrusion studies, material schedules, etc. Ensures adherence to department/divisional Standards of Practice
* May lead a small team of landscape architects and designers in the production of construction documents for attraction(s) of medium complexity through all phases of design
* Answer construction bid period questions and respond to and resolve field issues and requests for information
* Perform construction observation and contractor engagement for the purpose of quality assurance
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Six or more years in landscape architecture
* A minimum of three years managing a team of landscape architects and designers in the production of contract documents for construction
* Construction phase experience including the submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections
* Working knowledge and experience in the use of plant and hardscape materials and products for thematic applications
* Strong command of AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Land F/X, and Rhino
* Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for digital illustration and documentation
* Practical experience with BIM tools, such as Autodesk BIM360 and Navisworks
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
* Demonstrated thoughtful design, artistic skills and professional judgment in solving complex area development problems
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
Education
* A BLA/BSLA degree from an accredited program
* An advanced degree in landscape architecture is desirable

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $105,000 to $140,900 per year. **What You Will Do**
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering intern who is interested in working within the department responsible for electrical engineering including design, analysis, calculations and specifications for low and medium voltage 3-phase power distribution systems; emergency power, generators and UPS standby systems; lighting systems and controls; fire alarm systems; communication systems; and HVAC controls for an individual facility/attraction, area development, land, or theme park project. As an intern on the team you will have the opportunity to:
+ Assist with electrical engineering design and calculation tasks for a single project under senior staff supervision
+ Make decisions within established guidelines and provide, under close supervision, engineering design and analysis in support of the production of construction contract documents
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ General knowledge of the electrical engineering curriculum, with concentration in the areas of 3-phase power distribution and short circuit analysis
+ Knowledge of electrical load and energy calculations and basic electrical engineering calculations
+ Proficient in the use of 3D CAD technology
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Active membership in IEEE, IES, or IAEI
**Education**
Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher attending an accredited college/university earning a degree in Electrical Engineering
