As a Senior Physician you are responsible for the operation of our onboard health centers. You will be responsible for and lead the health center operation onboard and provide health care for both crew and guests!!

**Responsibilities :**
**How You Will Make a Difference**
+ Provide medical services (evaluation and treatment) for inpatient, outpatient, and ICU care onboard
+ Lead all aspects of the onboard health center to see to efficient operations including:
+ Monitoring shore referrals and medical debarks of crew members in conjunction with shoreside Medical Services
+ Monitoring crew "unfit for duty"
+ Provide accurate communication with Medical Services shore personnel regarding guest medical debarks.
+ Responsible for making the medical decision for medical disembarks.
+ Maintain an open line of communication with the leaders of the other ship's departments.
+ Responsible for seeing to the accuracy and completeness of all reports (AGE, Unfit for Duty, Health Declarations for ports of call, etc.) prior to submittal.
+ Ensure the Medical Team is aware of ACEP Guidelines, pertinent sections of the Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP) Manual and the Book of Privileges for Officers.
+ Provide professional and social mentorship to the medical staff
+ Supervise Medical team Crew Members participate in duties common to all onboard staff, such as lifeboat drills, responsibilities assigned by the Captain, or any other duty pertaining to Guest Safety.
+ See that hazardous materials are used and stored properly in operations under their control, including regular inventory and availability of SDS.
+ Assist with implementation of crew immunization programs.
+ Supervise pharmaceuticals onboard including proper controlled substance handling and disposal.
**Basic Qualifications :**
**What You Will Bring to the Team**
+ Active medical license from STCW Country.
+ Medical degree from recognized college or university from an STCW country
+ The ability to provide a letter of good standing from STCW country prior to joining the vessel
+ 3 years recent professional medical experience in general and emergency medicine, trauma care or critical care
+ Basic Life Support (BLS)
+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
+ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
+ Advanced Trauma Life Support certificates (ATLS)
+ Provide a valid accredited BLS/PALS/ALS/ACLS/ATLS certificates prior to joining a vessel
+ Computer literacy and experience with MS Office programs
+ Experience with use of electronic health records
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1 year of experience as a Head or Lead Physician or another physician leadership position
+ 3 years maritime medical experience
+ Sea care experience preferred

You will lead a team of approximately 60 employees, with six direct reports, and be accountable for the overall performance of the Printing department, including talent development, operational efficiency, and equipment optimization.

What You Will Do
Supervise, coach, and develop employees directly and through first-level supervisors.
Monitor the health and effectiveness of Printing processes and lead improvements to streamline activities.
Resolve complex operational issues while holding top-level accountability for results.
Partner with corporate teams and other sites to identify and implement best practices for printing operations.
Ensure operational training, knowledge sharing, and resources are in place to optimize operations.
Lead and/or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts to address equipment failures and process gaps.
Oversee Printing improvement efforts focused on:
Optimizing printing run times.
Ensuring adequate supply of printed board.
Minimizing production waste.
Meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Experience as a supervisor, engineer, or leader working with industrial equipment operations.
Experience leading projects, teams, and/or improvement efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Production Manager/Company Manager supports the Director of Production with all productions and events as well as in day-to-day operations and administration of the production department and provides a welcoming environment and a smooth experience for the CTC Company including guest artists and student actors. This role serves as Production Manager for select projects and events and as Rentals Coordinator for some outside rental events. This position works with the Director of Production to organize travel, housing, and other logistical arrangements for guest writers, directors, designers, and actors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Production and Creative Team Support
Assist with writing creative team contracts, process all payments and expense reimbursements
Coordinate and maintain all contact information for visiting creative teams
Assist Director of Production with creating production and technical calendar

COMPENSATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Scheduling personnel to ensure maximization of daily labor costs in accordance with all production scheduling requirements.

Daily shift and cell communication with Leads and shift Associates. Communicate issues and concerns with Material Management, Process Engineering, QA, Maintenance and Safety. Responsible for value-added sharing at daily shift and plant established meetings.
* Ensures (directly and via Leads) that all scheduled equipment is in acceptable operational condition prior to the manufacture of any product and reports all non-compliances to Maintenance Management. Subsequently will ensure that staffing and machine assignments are reflective of trained personnel.
* Assists Leads and Associates with diagnosis and correction of machine, product, and paperwork problems. Guides and maintains full responsibility for all operational decisions; ensures maintenance work orders are written in a timely manner and provides follow up to ensure expectations are met. Leads the notification of Operations Manager, Maintenance, and Engineering when equipment, process, or production problems cannot be corrected by the manufacturing team.
* Conducts immediate root cause analyses when non-conformances occur using the 8-Step and 5-Whys corrective action methodologies. Preparing detailed analysis indicating how and why issues (non-conformances, accidents, breakdowns) occurred and what will be done to prevent future reoccurrence.
* Reviews and prepares safety reports coupled with immediate phone notification to management (EH&S, Operations, GM and HR) whenever accidents occur. Issue disciplinary action when deemed necessary per company and plant policies. Completes weekly E-Time prior to Sundays at 11pm. Completes and submits all shift performance reports to Operations Manager. Responsible for guaranteeing full review (cell meetings) and acknowledgement of procedural and material changes. Supports the needs of the end of the month inventory needs.
* Must be willing to develop Leads and Operators to grow to the next step, and show active behavior supporting this effort quarterly. Clear understanding that shift hours while established may not be the norm relative to attendance. Supervisors are expected to fulfill their duties completely on a daily basis which oftentimes will warrant working beyond an 8-9 day. Additionally, each supervisor can be expected to be required to be in attendance on scheduled weekends when deemed necessary
