The Marketing & Communications Specialist works with assigned clients and key service areas of the organization to develop, implement, and measure marketing activities for identified audiences, including Associates, consumers, physicians, and patients. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
* Develops integrated marketing and communications (IMC) plans for leadership and assigned clients and service lines. IMC plans consider and address project and organizational strategies and goals, client needs, environmental factors, current trends, historical data, and available resources.
* Presents IMC plans for leadership and assigned clients and service lines.
* Executes IMC plans in coordination with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders. Execution of IMC plans includes but is not limited to writing press releases, media pitches, digital and social media content, and internal communications; consulting vendors for resources and expertise; hosting in-person and virtual special events; engaging in community outreach; managing production of print materials and collateral; supervising the work of vendors and collaborating on execution.
* Monitors IMC plan performance and regularly report trending data for assigned clients and service lines. Work with leadership in measuring plan performance to support data-driven decisions and achieve optimal results.
* Collaborates with colleagues and clients throughout the health system and the community to facilitate communication and develop multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
* Writes, proofreads, and edits content, including but not limited to marketing materials, press releases, blogs, and social media posts.
* Assumes responsibility for personal and professional development while staying informed of changes in the industry and profession which impact marketing.
* This position sometimes requires off-hours and weekend shifts to work special events.
Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or healthcare administration is required.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a marketing-related position.
* Healthcare or advertising agency experience strongly preferred.
* Strong communication, writing, project management, and organizational skills.
* Working knowledge of and experience using Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Knowledge and proficiency with project management software and/or databases strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint preferred.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proofreading and editing skills required.

The Remote Outage Advisor IV - GE GT HA Mechanical will provide remote assistance, advice, & guidance to Field Core outages across the globe to meet assigned objectives on gas turbine power generation equipment. Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with 6 years relevant experience) in Finance & Controllership Management.
Strong expertise in managing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements to evaluate financial performance and drive strategic decisions.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their application in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The base pay range for this position is $152,000.00 - 202,900.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 1/1/26.

What Retail Pharmacy contributes to Cardinal Health Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations that service acute care hospitals, hospital retail customers, ambulatory care and alternate site facilities, oncology and cardiology practices as well as retail customers.
Retail Pharmacy is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications to the general public, in accordance with legal, ethical and professional guidelines; may also consult with and advise patients and physicians regarding prescribed and over-the-counter medications.
Job Summary
The Remote Pharmacy Technician, Order Processing plays an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities. This includes developing close relationships with patients in communities we serve and assisting the pharmacists in accurately preparing and delivering prescription medication.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls related to setting up orders, working with medical providers, patients, and other pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive their medication in a timely manner
* Input patient data and prescription information into pharmacy information management system
* Assist the Pharmacist in filling prescription orders, as permitted by the State Boards of Pharmacy
* As permitted by applicable state laws, take verbal prescription orders from licensed prescribers and transfer prescriptions between dispensing pharmacies
* Review patient insurance coverage status and adjudicate claims for patient orders
* Enter prescriptions in pharmacy system
* Maintain knowledge of and abide by applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
* Communicate with all customers (patients, clinics, caregivers, physicians) in a pleasant and professional manner
Qualifications
* High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
* 2+ years of experience in mail order or retail pharmacy setting, preferred
* Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy preferred
* Active state or national certification in good standing
* Insurance billing experience, preferred
