Cons of working at The Waters Senior Living

It’s very hard on the employees who show up ever day go above and beyond and have to work with lazy people. And we can complain and tell our management all we want . Nothing changes Our current DON . Micro managements everything , she HAS NEVER ONCE come in when on call , and desperately short staff, always has someone else come in for her . Has never done an overnight shift and contemplates if a float is needed or not . We have great time members that work for Edina waters . But we don’t continue to thrive because of the burn out of having to work people’s job and not get paid for it . Have lost many good workers and are gonna continue to loose good workers because management doesn’t listen to us when we tell them anything .
