Reporting to the Sr. TSLOTS Brand Manager, we are actively seeking a results-oriented Customer Account Representative. The Customer Account Representative will serve as a single point of contact with Bonnell's TSLOTS' Customers, with a primary focus on timely order processing and dissemination of information with both internal and external customers.
The Customer Account Representative serves as the Customer's champion throughout the organization and is responsible for leading key initiatives that provide product, process, and customer service excellence on behalf of the company. The Ideal Candidate will have:
A minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing, with preference given to recent college graduates within the past 3 - 5 years or Sales and Marketing professionals with 3 - 5 years of experience

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 3rd Shift Position Monday to Friday (9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) (40+ hours). Saturday could be scheduled as needed. Saturday scheduled as needed.
STARTING PAY: $22.40 per hour + $0.50 shift differential.
As an Extrusion Operator, you may be required to perform various tasks, including loading and starting Age Ovens, monitoring and removing press scrap, staging racks, loading metal and spacers, and ensuring the saw crew has all necessary supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing the Stretching Operation, which involves inputting stretcher parameters for each order, initiating Auto-stretch, and visually monitoring parts for over-stretch or under-stretch conditions. It is important to keep your work areas clean and safe.
To qualify for this role, you must be able to read and understand a tape measure, operate the overhead crane, drive Combi/Forklift, lift to 50 pounds, and read and understand shop orders.
