Great portfolio, very knowledgeable and interesting co workers. Very good education program.
Top management seems to lack a clear understanding of how to sell their product(s). No evidence of a marketing strategy. Despite having an import division which should solidify their supply chain they have frequent and long term out of stocks. Their poor communication style results in a lack of opportunity from their buyers and frequent turnover from their suppliers.
