With over 10 years in the telecom industry, Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Lepordo, is uniquely equipped to bring CEO Brian Wainwright’s vision for The Wireless Experience to life. He oversees the leadership team, executes the strategic initiatives set forth by the Chief Executive, and ensures that the staff and business partners are in the best position possible to succeed. Joseph’s track record of success shows why he’s the man for the job. As an account manager for AT&T, he managed a third-party sales channel of over 40 retail stores. His strategic vision brought him to The Wireless Experience, where he initially served as a District Manager in the New England market. After serving as a key component to the growth there, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where he is now responsible for ensuring the grand vision for The Wireless Experience comes to fruition.

Matt Mott is an Head of Human Resources at The Wireless Experience and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Wireless Experience and is based in Toms River, New Jersey. He has worked as Director of Human Resources at Lifion by ADP; Director, Human Resources - Corporate Offices at Toys\ R\ Us; and District Manager at Toys\ R\ Us. Matt studied at Thomas Edison State University and San Bernardino Valley College.

Tommy Aoki is a Chief Revenue Officer at The Wireless Experience and President at CB SkyShare and is based in Draper, Utah. He has worked as SVP of Sales & Operations at Simply Mac, Director of Channel Marketing at Alliance Health LLC, and Vice President of Sales at Spring Mobile. Tommy studied at Highland High School between 1994 and 1997, Westminster College between 2008 and 2010, and David Eccles School of Business between 1998 and 2002.
