Job Description
Overview:
Individual will perform preventative/predictive maintenance, repairs and improvements on industrial equipment in an automated food processing facility while keeping a high regard for employee safety, food quality and machine efficiency.
Here's what you'll do:
Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safely complete work assignments
Knowledge of safe and responsible operation, maintenance, and organization required for tools and equipment used in mechanical and electrical work to protect self and others in the workplace
Responsible for the proper setup and safe operation of the equipment
Perform all necessary start-up/shutdown procedures, cleaning, troubleshooting, and calibration on a regular basis to assure accuracy of equipment operation
Perform and log uptime and downtime inspections, lubrications, and preventative maintenance work
Create Work Order requests using Oracle for needed equipment repairs
Execute our company and mission goals but not losing sight of employee and food safety
Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform corrective work on all packaging equipment within the department
Coach and mentor Machine Attendants and Operators
Work closely with reliability team to identify machine's issues or root causes and propose solutions
Engagement in identifying safety and food safety hazards (for example, GMP audits, weekly Critical Behavior Observations, sanitation checks, etc.)
Hand off to the next shift, a work area that you yourself would expect from the other shift
Assist in the continuous improvement efforts at the facilities in Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Productivity
Operate packaging machine and or act as a breaker when required
Ability to work in various temperatures (e.g., warm, hot, cold, freezing)
Creating / validating equipment programs for all pack SKUs
Ability to listen and follow oral directions to carry out assigned tasks according to directions by management
Perform other assigned duties that meet business needs
Must be able to work the offseason as business requires
Follow the Wonderful Citrus safety policy
First Responder to all equipment downtime. Track DIN Call information
Capable of acquiring basic knowledge of all packaging equipment
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Three years or more of related experience and/or training in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience
Effective English communication is a must, bilingual is preferred
Must have basic computer skills; experience using Microsoft office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, & Teams)
Employee must possess ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Description
Responsible for developing, driving, and implementing maintenance and reliability strategies, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services, to include preventative and predictive maintenance, planned system overhauls, and on-call repair services resulting in the efficient and effective operation of all equipment. Qualifications

To meet the unique needs of our students, the Director of Special Education is responsible for directing the planning, organization, administration, and evaluation of all special education programs and related services affecting the TK-12 instructional program. Program Management & Oversight

Summary of Position

In this role: The Expanded Learning Operations Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students, families and staff during after school hours. Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for recruiters and hiring managers as needed
Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Review and disposition applicants in ATS
Collect new hire pre-onboarding documents and reference checks
Post job openings on the recruiter's boards
Update and edit job postings on career sites
Ensure consistent messaging to candidates throughout the recruiting process
Some local and/or day travel to attend career-related events
Work assignments across career center teams
Additional support to HR teams
Other duties assigned

Qualifications
Trade certificate in Heavy Mobile Mechanic or related field with 5 years' experience as a mechanic.
Valid driving license

Knowledge in the application of using Lean problem-solving tools
