Job Description
Overview:
Wonderful Citrus is seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative FP&A SalesManager to support our Sales team. This role requires a critical thinker who can interpret complex sales, pricing, and margin data, translate financial performance into actionable insights, and influence business decisions at all levels.
Here's what you'll do:
Proactively communicate value-added insights that enable rapid, data-driven decisions.
Effectively partner with Sales Leaders and Executives to provide strategic financial solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, financial acumen, and organizational discipline.
Work independently while contributing meaningfully to a highly collaborative FP&A team.
Lead weekly/monthly financial reviews that include revenue, price/mix, volume, channel, and customer-level driver analysis.
Provide clear, concise variance-to-forecast explanations that support Sales VPs, Category Management, and Executive decision-making.
Maintain and enhance core Sales financial reporting, KPI dashboards, pricing tools, and customer profitability analyses.
Drive budget preparation with business leaders and subject matter experts in the business.
Formulate and maintain risk and opportunities profile in a rolling forecast cycle.
Support strategic planning and integrate with annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
Perform value-added analyses to unlock business value.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for all sales-related P&L, revenue, accruals, and margin reporting.
Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales VPs, Category Directors, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
Demonstrate high credibility, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
Qualifications
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 5+ years' experience, MBA preferred.
Prior experience in Agribusiness, Consumer Packaged Goods, or large-scale manufacturing preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, including model building
Experience with planning systems (e.g. Oracle ePBCS), business intelligence (e.g. Oracle OTBI), and data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)
Deep understanding of finance concepts/applicability in business settings
High proficiency with P&L statements, variance drivers, and analysis
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to present to all levels of the business, including Executive Leaders
Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion

Essential Functions
Grow sales in the assigned territory in accordance with assigned sales targets.
Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new customer relationships through face-to-face visits; customer service efforts, and phone and e-mail conversations.
Visit customer job sites to support sales and customer service activities.
Ensure excellence and professionalism in customer interactions.
Be a subject matter expert on all products that AWIP manufactures and distributes.
Prepare and deliver product presentations to contractors, architects, and engineers.
Read construction blueprints, drawings, plans, and specifications and prepare estimates.
Create detailed job site visit reports including pictures, descriptions of products being installed, and job site environment, and report current or possible future issues with the products.
Plan, prioritize, and organize travel to different areas of the assigned territory to facilitate sales and customer service.
Perform jobsite inspections and jobsite visits to support warranty and customer service requirements. Coordinate with AWIP field services to ensure accurate and complete repair and warranty service.
Prepare reports as directed by the National SalesManager.
Perform other job duties as assigned.

The Role

Job Description
Overview:
Wonderful Citrus is seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative FP&A SalesManager to support our Sales team. This role requires a critical thinker who can interpret complex sales, pricing, and margin data, translate financial performance into actionable insights, and influence business decisions at all levels.
Here's what you'll do:
* Proactively communicate value-added insights that enable rapid, data-driven decisions.
* Effectively partner with Sales Leaders and Executives to provide strategic financial solutions.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, financial acumen, and organizational discipline.
* Work independently while contributing meaningfully to a highly collaborative FP&A team.
* Lead weekly/monthly financial reviews that include revenue, price/mix, volume, channel, and customer-level driver analysis.
* Provide clear, concise variance-to-forecast explanations that support Sales VPs, Category Management, and Executive decision-making.
* Maintain and enhance core Sales financial reporting, KPI dashboards, pricing tools, and customer profitability analyses.
* Drive budget preparation with business leaders and subject matter experts in the business.
* Formulate and maintain risk and opportunities profile in a rolling forecast cycle.
* Support strategic planning and integrate with annual budget and quarterly reforecasts.
* Perform value-added analyses to unlock business value.
* Ensure accurate and timely month-end close for all sales-related P&L, revenue, accruals, and margin reporting.
* Serve as a trusted financial partner to Sales VPs, Category Directors, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
* Demonstrate high credibility, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
Qualifications
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
* Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and 5+ years' experience, MBA preferred.
* Prior experience in Agribusiness, Consumer Packaged Goods, or large-scale manufacturing preferred.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, including model building
* Experience with planning systems (e.g. Oracle ePBCS), business intelligence (e.g. Oracle OTBI), and data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)
* Deep understanding of finance concepts/applicability in business settings
* High proficiency with P&L statements, variance drivers, and analysis
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to present to all levels of the business, including Executive Leaders
* Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion
