THE ROLE
The Work. Agency have partnered with an international mining company focused on developing their global group of assets. This role is focused on developing and maintaining the mid to long-range planning for their open pit asset based in Nevada. The Senior Engineer will be focused on delivering a range of technical planning and development projects, while also working closely with their corporate team to update the investment team. The Senior Engineer will also be involved in the management of site-based projects, acting as a bridge between the technical services and project construction teams.

In this role the team are looking for a senior mining engineer who will have already had experience working at a senior technical or consulting level. This will include a total of at least five years of experience in an open pit, with preference given to those candidates with hard-rock, precious metal mining exposure.

The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms. Install, configure, and maintain broadcast infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with live production workflows.
Implement and manage SMPTE 2110 and PTP standards across all broadcast systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance on studio and control room equipment.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement technical solutions that meet production initiatives.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and apply updates to ensure high availability and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP-based audio/video transport, network configurations, and timing synchronization.
