MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Teacher must be at least 18 years of age, have obtained a CDA (Child Development Associates) or higher and meet all New York State Licensing and NAEYC requirements for childcare staff, including fingerprinting, criminal background check and mandatory training. The individual should be comfortable with children ages six weeks to five years old. A high level of interest in the work and at least one year of relevant specific childcare experience/ training are required. On-site and on-line training is part of our plan to develop excellent teachers at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and maintain a classroom that is inviting, joyful, safe, and clean.
Communicate with parents via our Brightwheel application on the rituals and routines of our infants.
Track progress and changes in routines of children.
Attend mandatory in-service conferences and trainings.
Attend mandatory staff meetings to develop relevant and specific emergency and non-emergency procedures.
Attend parent teacher conferences and special events as requested.
Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare center.

Role and Responsibilities
Assists the Property Manager in all aspects of their duties:
Tenant Relations:
Screens all incoming calls, including Property Manager's calls.
Handles requests for repairs.
Sends out service request orders.
Follows up that all repairs were completed.
Vacancies:
Responsible for inputting and updating all vacancies on Lotus Notes; including gathering pertinent information from lease file, PMAS, square footage etc.
Schedules dust wipes. Follows up on results.
Updates the renovation board.
Orders appliances for vacancies and occupied apartments.
Informs Superintendent of delivery dates.
Follows up to ensure that appliances were delivered.
Service request forms
Weekly, gathers all of the service request forms from the Superintendents.

Liaison between Superintendent and Property Manager

The APM will be held accountable for the following expectations:

Assistance provided to Property Manager, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of good relations between Management and tenants, as well as with outside contractors, vendors, and others.
Coordinates with Property Manager to ensure efficient building operations, and effective utilization and deployment of building personnel, in coordination with Building Superintendent and Department Head.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a real estate or property management firm
Strong computer skills (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Adobe; etc.)

Position Summary
The Family Advocate is responsible for contributing to the day‑to‑day operation of the FEC including building connections with other staff, residents, and community partners; co‑designing and delivering relevant programming and activities (offerings); providing advocacy and making referrals for participants; and creating a warm and inviting gathering place for families and individuals using the protective factors model to support community resilience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, provide support, and collaborate with a team of local parents, subject experts, and other residents to deliver monthly events and activities (offerings) held at the FEC.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience; or a high school diploma and five (5) years of professional experience in community-driven programs working directly with children, youth, and families.
Reside in or near the FEC community, or reside close enough to arrive promptly, in the event of an emergency.
Bi‑Lingual either /Mandarin &/or Cantonese is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to warmly connect with and engage children, youth, and adults individually and in groups.

Experience in large group practice operations, revenue cycle management, or regional healthcare operations.
Senior leadership experience in an academic health system strongly preferred.
EPIC experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, data management, and large‑scale analytics.
Strong contract comprehension skills
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
Healthcare finance leadership may be considered in lieu of direct operational experience.

REPORTS TO: Head Teacher & Director of Early Childhood Programs
Head Teachers works closely with our Teacher Talent Developer to:
Monitor and celebrate developmental benchmarks
Partner with parents to establish individualized learning plans and schedules
Embody and share our agency mission to eliminate racism and empower women through activities and learning opportunities that promote equity, celebrate cultural differences, and inspire curiosity.
Communicate effectively and enthusiastically with colleagues
Fulfill OCFS training and internal professional development requirements
Prioritize self-care in order to ensure the thriving of our agency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Teacher must be at least 18 years of age, have obtained a CDA (Child Development Associates) or higher and meet all New York State Licensing and NAEYC requirements for childcare staff, including fingerprinting, criminal background check and mandatory training. The individual should be comfortable with children ages six weeks to five years old. A high level of interest in the work and at least one year of relevant specific childcare experience/ training are required. On-site and on-line training is part of our plan to develop excellent teachers at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and maintain a classroom that is inviting, joyful, safe, and clean.
Communicate with parents via our Brightwheel application on the rituals and routines of our infants.
Track progress and changes in routines of children.
Attend mandatory in-service conferences and trainings.
Attend mandatory staff meetings to develop relevant and specific emergency and non-emergency procedures.
Attend parent teacher conferences and special events as requested.
Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the childcare center.
