What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Service Representative, Electronic to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role the responsibilities will include professionally representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Electronic Fire Service offerings to various customers and end users within assigned territory and accounts. This is a Field Sales Representative position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customer base (geography or account).
How you will do it
As a Sales Representative you will manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing design, creating contract, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, and providing on-going customer service through service delivery.
Work with other sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management to meet customer needs
Assume Account Representative / Account Management responsibility including the provision and/or coordination of services (installation, customer training, etc.) to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Quickly identify and qualify opportunities with excellent sales, presentation, and closing techniques.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings.
Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designated sales plan.
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform vital follow-up for successful closing of the sales.
Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
Investigate and resolve customer problems regarding delivery dates, billings, financing and other related matters.
Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of additional sales.
Perform periodic market investigations within as assigned territory to develop new applications; provide sales forecasting for assigned territory.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales related activities

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

The Junior Infrastructure Architect supports the design and documentation of network and hosting infrastructures within an aircraft manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing connection dossiers and hosting dossiers, ensuring they meet aerospace industry constraints such as traceability, compliance, and configuration control.
Support internal business units (engineering, production, supply chain, quality, etc.) in deploying their applications on shared infrastructure.
Help maintain infrastructure standards, network topology diagrams, and documentation aligned with industrial IT and cybersecurity requirements.
Collaborate with operations, security, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and connectivity across production sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Position Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong and multithreaded relationships with Safety Platform customers in the region, serving as their main point of contact and building a deep understanding of their unique needs and objectives.

Requirements:
5+ years of prior experience as a School Superintendent and/or Director of School Safety.

REPORTS TO: Supervisor - reports to and takes direction from a Pipe Supervisor on a daily basis
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: To work within a team of Pipe Fitters and welders to achieve maximum production in minimum time, standards and quality in keeping with company policies, while maintaining a positive and motivated team environment.
SUMMARY:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability desired.
The individual must have working knowledge of procedures, strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow directions. The individual must possess experience in the trade and knowledge of ship terminology. The individual must demonstrate ability to interpret job specifications and perform work on marine vessels.
Must be able to follow directions and work with limited supervision. Also, must be willing to develop other team members' skill level.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Read and interpret basic drawings and weld symbols.
Pass weld test for all Austal USA weld procedures in the 6GR position
Pass Austal USA TIG weld test procedure for aluminum pipe
Work to Austal housekeeping procedure
Inspection of work, identification of potential problems, initiation of corrective actions.
Increase awareness of Quality procedures within department
Perform as a productive working team member that meets daily goals set by the supervisor.
Continuously improve communications and flexibility within the team.
Help build the team environment.
Build pride of workmanship and quality through on job training.

Ability to pass “A Class” skills validation test to demonstrate welding ability for restricted open root welds
Ability to successfully complete onboarding procedures in preparation to pass 6GR weld qualification test requirements for copper nickel, carbon steel and stainless steel to meet contract requirements for A Class welding on the vessel
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
