You will be responsible for providing initial training and development of our New Franchise Distributors on business strategies, sales training, customer relations, computer skills, warranty item returns along with the processing of individual tool repairs. Your responsibilities may also include surveying open and existing list of calls (LOC's) as needed by corporate business demands for our Distributors. Other responsibilities may require and include setting up point of sale equipment and merchandising the Distributors mobile store using affinity grouping methods as outlined through policy. This role is ideal for individuals who are developing their skills in outdoor education, group management, behavior management, and risk management, and who are excited to grow as leaders within a supportive, hands-on learning environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Program Facilitation Support the planning and delivery of daily programming aligned with established itineraries and program goals. Assist in facilitating age-appropriate activities for diverse program levels, particularly with younger participants (ages 5-8).
