Mr. Robert G. Finizio, also known as Rob, is the Co-Founder of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since October 4, 2011. Mr. Finizio served as the Principal Accounting Officer of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. As co-founder of VitaMed, from April 2008 to October 4, 2011 Mr. Finizio served as its Chief Executive Officer. From August 2001 to February 2008, he co-founded and served as President of Care Fusion, LLC. Mr. Finizio co-founded Care Fusion, Inc. in 2001 and served as its Vice President of Business Development and Chief Executive Officer. He was responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and corporate partnerships of Care Fusion, Inc. He has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare informatics. Mr. Finizio has extensive experience with commercial and government contracting, and large-scale account management. He served as Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director of Omnicell, where he sold enterprise scale clinical workflow solutions. Mr. Finizio worked in sales and sales management for Endoscopy Specialists Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Vitamed and TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. He has been a Director at TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. He served as a Director of Vitamed from April 2008 to October 2011. A member of HIMSS, Mr. Finizio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL.

Dr. Brian Bernick is Co-Founder at TherapeuticsMD. Dr. Bernick is a practicing, board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist with over 20 years of clinical medical experience. Dr. Bernick currently serves on the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ (ACOG) national committee on Professional Liability. Dr. Bernick was the Department Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and served on that hospital’s Medical Executive Board as well as the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Medical Society and VitalMD Group Holding, LLC, the largest physician-owned and managed obstetricians/gynecologists group in Florida. Dr. Bernick is the recipient of several national and regional awards, including recognition by his peers as one of the top doctor’s in his specialty by Castle Connolly as well as the recipient of the American Medical Association Foundation’s Leadership Award. Dr. Bernick has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals as well as having presented original research at numerous medical conferences. Dr. Bernick holds 14 patents focusing on drug therapies and analysis. Dr. Bernick is an associate professor of Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine. Dr. Bernick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, received his Doctorate in Medicine from the Chicago Medical School, and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bharat Warrier is Chief Manufacturing Officer at TherapeuticsMD. He has been with TherapeuticsMD since 2014 previously holding the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Development. He has been the functional lead on several FDA submissions while also spearheading the scale-up and commercial manufacturing of products--both in-house and at contract manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining TherapeuticsMD, Mr. Warrier held positions at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, Medicis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Consumer Health, and Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals. He has more than 15 years of pharmaceutical experience in the areas of manufacturing, technical services, formulation, and process development.

Mr. Warrier earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Sri Ramachandra University, India, an M.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and a Master’s Certificate in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance from Purdue University.
