The Intensive Family Intervention Therapist position is focused on providing intensive in-home individual/family mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches of care for children and adolescents at high risk of out of home placement or returning home from inpatient or residential treatment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Providing individual/family mental health counseling using evidence based and trauma informed approaches of care. Commitment to providing consistent, ongoing services to clients. Participate in coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Coordinating with a team to provide crisis intervention as necessary to enhance and restore functioning. Participate in weekly individual supervision with team lead. Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards. Must be flexible to work afterschool hours and weekends to accommodate clients served. Must have qualified clinician providing supervision. Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including after-school hours and weekends.
